Listing photography
You need to prepare at least 50 photos.We also give advice on how to arrange photos that combine wide and close-up shots to create a story, and what to watch out for when taking photos with a smartphone.You can also visit the area regularly and hold study sessions with the local host community.
Interior design and styling
I advise on creating a space that touches the sensibilities of guests, such as the concept of the listing, seasonal changes, coloring, replacement of fixtures, and communication through the guestbook.
Licensing and hosting permits
We will provide advice on the notification procedure for the new Private Lodging Act, exclusively for first-time hosts.
