Listing setup

I will get you set up for success with a listing stands out and gets booked. My property is top 5%, that is always my goal.

Setting prices and availability

I create a precise comp set and then compare and optimize pricing daily, using specialized software when needed.

Booking request management

I always follow host preferences. I use instant book, but if a host prefers we can create a policy for accepting requests.

Guest messaging

I am responsive to guests 24/7. It is my goal to respond immediately and my policy to respond within 15 minutes.

Onsite guest support

I set up a support team of cleaners, handymen and runners and coordinate services for any need that should arise.

Cleaning and maintenance

I consult with host on choice of cleaning team; I train, coordinate services, inspect with checklists, and manage inventory.

Listing photography

I work with a skilled photographer who has various packages and offerings based on budget.

Interior design and styling

This is my favorite part! I start with branding and defining your ideal guest then the design follows based on your budget.

Licensing and hosting permits

I can help with collecting and submitting necessary paperwork to apply for and maintain permits and licenses.

Additional services

I will create a hard copy and digital guidebook and optimize your listing regularly with updated photos and descriptions.
