This is a convenient one level house, with bright natural sunlight, private enclosed backyard, and plenty of free parking. It’s ideally located in North PB, walking distance to some of Southern California’s finest beaches, cafes, restaurants, as well as a short drive to Bird Rock/La Jolla, Sea World, the Zoo, Balboa Park, and downtown.

We bring you our Endless Summer House. Your home away from home!

Entire property and house to yourself! Interior is thoughtfully decorated while preserving some of the original vintage features that you won’t find in modern, newly remodeled homes, making this house a very unique find!

3 bedrooms, 2 full bath. King bed in the master suite which has an en-suite bathroom and a queen bed in each of the other 2 bedrooms.

Kitchen is fully stocked and includes a charming little corner with a coffee and tea bar.

Very large and spacious living room, perfect for your friends and family to gather around. Dining room seats 6 comfortably and designed with warm and cozy touches.

There is a private enclosed backyard with citrus trees, patio with outdoor dining plus a pergola for shade, barbecue…perfect for enjoying that San Diego sunshine.

This house is nostalgic. You may be taken back to a summer in the 1970s or you’ll just be living in the moment here in 2025. Regardless, it will feel like an endless summer, enjoyable through the years and for all generations.

Entire house is open for use. Garage is not available for parking your vehicle, but may be accessed for beach supplies or using the washer and dryer.

Other things to note
This is not a party house. Please note that this is in a residential area with families and children. Quiet hours are between 10:00pm and 8:00am everyday. violations will be evicted with no reimbursement. No smoking anywhere on property premises. Please do not hang or climb on the Pergola. The garage is not for parking, you are welcome to access for beach supplies and to do laundry.

The gardener will be on the exterior of the property, including the enclosed backyard every other Thursday usually between 10-2. The gardener will enter the enclosed yard through the garage.

The host or co-host will be on the exterior of the property every Sunday to take out the trash out from the garage to the street curb and then again on Monday to return the trash from the street to the garage.

You can walk to restaurants, bars, cafes and the beach. It's just a quick 5 minute drive to Bird Rock and La Jolla area. Only a 10 to 20 minute drive to Sea World, the Zoo, Balboa Park, Seaport Village, Old Town and Liberty Station.
