Listing setup

All a host needs to do is the minimum to start the listing - add me - I'll take it from there!

Setting prices and availability

I'm a very engaged host and will work with you to set your minimum price and then will actively manage the prices & calendar!

Guest messaging

I will ensure that guest messaging is setup to run automatically and timely! Guests typically receive a response in 30 min

Onsite guest support

I typically handle co-hosting remotely, but if I am needed on-site, the host and I will discuss as part of services offered.

Interior design and styling

I offer interior vacation rental decor & styling with a focus on making your property safe & comfortable!

Social media management, website design and direct book sites can be added

Booking request management

When guests inquire or request to stay, they will receive a quick response so they know we're looking at it!

Cleaning and maintenance

If needed, we can negotiate a separate deep-cleaning package. I work with a few different cleaners who handle routine tasks

As a seasoned host, I can guide you through the process to make your rental fully licensed on both the state & local level!
