The space
Relax and enjoy a vacation right on the beach with a gorgeous view of the Gulf and the Navarre Beach Pier.

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo has been completely redone so it's brand new! Professionally designed and decorated, you will feel the luxurious touches throughout.

The kitchen has been completely remodeled and boasts brand new custom cabinetry, new stainless steel appliances, new Smeg small appliances, pots and pans, dishware and glassware.

Gather around the dining table for dining in or challenging each other in a board game. Seating for 6.

The living area is great for relaxing, visiting with each other, watching tv or just staring out at those emerald green waters of the Gulf. The couch is also a sleeper sofa for those extra guests!

You will love the primary bedroom with the king size bed, access to the balcony, and a fabulous view of the gulf. A flat-panel tv and closet make the room complete. The private, attached bathroom has a walk-in shower, dual sinks and a bidet.

The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds, a sitting spot, and a closet so you feel right at home.

Step out onto the private balcony from either the living area or primary bedroom, It's the perfect spot to sit and enjoy the views of the gulf and the setting sun.

With over 400 feet of Gulf-front and only 106 units spread over nine floors, the Navarre Beach Regency Resort is the least congested condominium on Navarre Beach. As such, we enjoy great elevator service at all times, even during the busy summer months.

The large Gulf front pool is heated seasonally (from first week of March to end of October) and there is a fitness center for use by the guests. You will love this Navarre Beach Luxury Rentals unit!

The longest pier on the Gulf is within walking distance and offers fishing, music, and entertainment. Destin and Pensacola are about 30 minutes away. The beach road and bike trail to Pensacola are completely open allowing a scenic drive or bicycle trip through the Gulf National Seashore.
