Listing setup

I’ve setup over 30 property listings and would be happy to do yours!

Setting prices and availability

I have used the pricing apps and I don’t believe they give you the best revenue. I do research myself and maximize revenue.

Booking request management

I handle all guest communication. If I'm not sure what to do, I consult directly with the owner to make a decision.

Guest messaging

I have my phone on me 24/7 and typically answer all inquiries within a minute, except when I'm asleep overnight.

Onsite guest support

I am almost always available and if I'm not, my team is. Full service management means you don't lift a finger.

Cleaning and maintenance

I have multiple cleaning teams at my disposal. All automated and all highly rated.

Listing photography

I am not a pro, but I can take photos of properties when necessary (I bought an expensive camera. I recommend hiring a pro.

Interior design and styling

Once again, not a pro, but I’m pretty good. I designed and furnished all of my own rentals.

Licensing and hosting permits

I have all permits and pay all taxes, so I can show you the ropes.

Additional services

I am also a handyman and have two more on my team and discount rates for our properties. This can save you a bunch of money.
