We had a very enjoyable stay in the apartment. Close to the sea and cosy for a family of four, very well equipped and really useful to have private parking.

It's an apartment that is the host's home, she rents the whole apartment and isn't there. There are two flights of stairs to the entry. There is plenty of space for 2. The bed was comfortable and the room can get very dark with mechanical shutters that block out all the light. You can hear neighbors at times, but it was very quiet at night. There is a lovely bath tub to soak in. The host meets you for check in and check out. There was a lot of local information. It's a great base to explore the Normady region.

Very well located accommodation (everything is within walking distance, even the memorial just a 30-minute walk away), very well appointed and equipped. Very accommodating host to allow a check-in according to our desire. Please note bath towels included in the rental, which I had not seen when booking. I recommend it without hesitating!!

As soon as you step through the door, you feel safe and pampered. And we felt great there! This place is conducive to rest. And for good reason, everything was done with care: the hospitality, decor and bedding (not least) were great! We thank our host, Alexis, for his kindness. We'll be happy to go back because this week spent here was nothing but relaxation and rejuvenation. The cottage is ideally located in this beautiful city. The Alpes Mancelles were a real favorite. Had a great week of vacation. The house was nice , tidy and really equipped with everything. Garden was perfect, especially to sit in the evening. Kitchen was more than complete. The shower was lovely. Personally, we didn't like the beds so much, but despite it, we would have liked to book a few more days. The area is more than beautiful, in short, we enjoyed it. Thank you

Lovely place for a family holiday or a stay with friends. A nice kitchen, great dining room and cosy living room. Grand playroom for the kids and horses to feed in the fields. A great experience!

We stayed in Thomas's apartment for a week. Enjoyed the tasteful decor. Very special in such an area as the former Grand Hotel. Within 50m you are with your feet in the sand and the sea. Houlgate has captured our heart with its atmosphere, really French, the shops and restaurants, was a party. Surroundings are also definitely worth a visit. The apartment is lovely to stay in even on a rainy day. We can definitely recommend this.

Perfectly located accommodation, minutes from the beach on foot. The sea view is lovely. The accommodation is clean, well arranged and with all the necessities (there is even a booster seat and a step-stool for children!). Thanks to Audrey for her smile and hosting us. We had a lovely stay!

We had a great time. The accommodation offered by Cécile and Michel is as described. It has everything; bright, well-equipped, nice and very pleasant accommodation. It is located next to the beaches of Courseulles-sur-Mer which are beautiful. From the accommodation it is very easy to reach all the landing beaches. We recommend it and will be back!! Super accommodation located in the heart of Cabourg on a street offering many restaurants/bakeries and specialties. The studio is super beautiful, renovated, modern and very clean, super nice. I would highly recommend it, the hospitality was warm and efficient.

Comfortable apartment as described. Private parking. Sea access on foot. Very sunny balcony with nice views not overlooked on the gardens. Comfort bedding and cleanliness ok. Lovely market on Tuesdays and Fridays at a 10 min walk.

Very nice and large apartment 2 steps from the city center and with a beautiful view of it. The dishwasher is not working well (which may explain the dishes not being clean). For the rest, everything was great. On-site parking is very useful but it's a shame that it's so narrow and that other poorly parked residents hinder maneuvers (which are numerous and difficult).
