Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Clapton Pond

House was what we needed for our week long holiday. 2 adults, 3 children and 2 dogs fit in nicely, plenty of food delivery options and about 15 minutes walking distance of Chessington North train station. The driveway to the house provided difficult to park in as our vehicle could not clear the slight peak in the driveway/sidewalk which caused us to park on the street instead of the advertised private parking. All in all, the house fit our needs to have a great stay and holiday.

Charles place was great and he was a fantastic host that provided clear instructions!

Alex's home was a great spot for our first trip to the UK! The neighborhood was easy to navigate and felt safe. It was a very convient location to public transportation and very close to local markets that made our daily adventures a breeze. (If you want a traditional English afternoon tea walk over to Orange Peeko.)

Ramona was so kind. We were traveling on a holiday with young children on an overnight flight. Needless to say a stressful experience but Ramona greeted us early with warm smiles and some basic foods! This was a lifesaver with the kids! The location was gorgeous inside & out- a quick walk to the Hampstead park. A walk down the hill to the bus stop to take you into downtown & all over London. House had everything we needed with outdoor breathing room too. Great place, responsive host, great price! Thank you Ramona!

Elsa’s place is great for a stay outside the hustle and bustle of central London. An easy 15 minute walk to the tube that will take you straight to the centre, we used this as a base for a gig at Hyde Park and travel was incredibly easy. The space is comfortable, private and clean with everything you need and Elsa kept in touch to ensure we could easily access the property. The use of the drive way was also incredibly useful. Would highly recommend.

Marina is a wonderful and exceptionally responsive host — something that's hard to find! She always replied immediately to our questions and didn’t hesitate to send over an electrician right away when there was an issue with the fridge. She even left a cake and a birthday card for my daughter who was celebrating her birthday — such a thoughtful gesture! The house was clean, tidy, and had a warm, family-friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended! ❤️👑

Great location to access by car and 30mins from centre of London on the tube. Quiet are of Lindon by night. We will hopefully be back again when visiting London. Great communication. Access to properly early on day 1 was given to drop in bags etc before going into London. Great find. Thankyou.

Cozy apartment with great renovated bedroom and bathroom. Highlight was the roof terrace :)! Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, with public transport about 30 to 45 minutes to the center.

My second time staying here. Lots of space, great backyard, comfortable bed, nice interior design. Pretty easy to get into the city.

Nabila was very proactive, had detailed instructions, and very responsive. She was so considerate and asked what time we were getting in- she then arranged it so we could check in a little early. The place itself was as described, and the location is fantastic! We would absolutely stay again!

Sarah's place is a delight....thoughtfully conceived and executed. With high quality furnishings, fittings and equipment along with a tasteful, eclectic decor. Plus a large tranquil back deck....something that is a real rarity in Central London. From the bus stop outside your front door you can jump on a bus to Hyde Park Corner or Piccadilly and be there in 20-30 minutes. You can walk to the Warwick Avenue Tube in about 5 minutes, or detour along one of the nearby canal paths and savour the local houseboat community. Five minutes will bring you to Formosa Street where have an excellent choice of restaurants, shops of almost all kinds and a historic pub. I hope we can come back....

Highly recommended and great value. This was a great find. The roof terrace has wonderful views of the London skyline/landmarks and Mark was a great host. We used the buses (10 mins walk to bus stop) and Ubers to get around - both really easy from the apartment. The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms are modern and clean. There is lots of tech in the apartment which was fun and easy to use. The kitchen is really well equipped and the sofa is very comfortable. very minor note: People who are significantly higher than average height or width may find the rooftop access staircase a challenge. The apartment itself is really spacious.

This is our second time staying in this apartment. Due to the two bedrooms and the two bathrooms, it is well suited for families. Kitchen is super equipped. There are adapters for the power outlets for EU guests everywhere. The terrace offers a beautiful view (unfortunately due to many new buildings no longer on the River Thames). Due to the proximity to the Jubilee Line you can reach the center very quickly. An Uber boat dock is also almost outside the front door. Scott welcomed us again this time and gave us many tips. We felt very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was clean, cosy and exactly as described. The location was perfect – quiet, yet close to everything we needed. Janet was a wonderful host: friendly, helpful and easy to reach. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we really enjoyed relaxing in the whirlpool after long days out. We have had a fabulous week in this beautiful spotless Airbnb. We were two couples and a single friend. We wondered if it would feel small but not at all - it was perfect! We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen is so well equipped! The hosts have thought of absolutely everything you might need. It's in a lovely quiet spot of London and I just couldn't recommend this enough. I'd love to come back! Thank you so much 💕

It was an excellent first Airbnb experience for me. Marcus made my stay in his flat very pleasant by informing me about all the necessary details before, during and after the booking. His flat is small as described but not too small for one person, it is very clean and has everything one may need. Marcus was eager to help and give recommendations on all the subjects. The geographical location of the property is just perfect to visit London and go to any place and there are the commodities nearby, you can find everything you need without even having to take public transportation. Thank you Marcus for your attention and kindness. I would highly recommend this Airbnb and stay there myself next time I go to London on my own.

We had an amazing stay at Remi's place! The apartment was exactly as described - cozy, clean, and comfortable. The location was perfect, just a short walk to restaurant and the supermarket. We had a wonderful stay at Henri’s flat in London! The flat is beautiful, homey, and was the perfect size for our family of three. It is a short walk from Paddington Station, Hyde Park, and plenty of great restaurants which made exploring made it incredibly convenient. Everything was spotless, the beds were very comfortable, and the space had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Henri was an exceptional host. She was responsive, thoughtful, and went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome. We’re looking forward to booking again on our next trip to London!

My grown son and I stayed at Lana's apartment for six nights and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The place was cute, clean, comfortable, and only a short walk to Earl's Court tube station. The street was very lovely as well. It was a nice, quiet neighborhood and we felt safe. We would highly recommend this apartment and would love to stay there again if we are lucky enough to re-visit London!
