House vacation rentals in City of Wodonga

Thank you (and Daphne and Violet) for hosting us at Planetrees. What a lush oasis you have. We planned our annual family weekend away around staying in this gorgeous property. We thoroughly enjoyed roaming the stunning gardens, sitting outdoors and cosying up in front of the fire at night. We loved visits from the Dachshunds, and all the space to wander. The linens and towels felt luxurious, as did the beautiful soaps and washes in the bathrooms. Genevieve was a responsive and friendly host. Unfortunately our son fell ill and we had to leave the rest of our family at Planetrees after one night, but we hope to come back soon! Thank you 💛

The house is practically brand new and everything is squeaky clean. The kitchen is very well equipped and has everything you'd have at home (even sharp knives!). Beds were comfy with nice linen. We went in need of a relaxing weekend and felt very comfortable in Hume House. The house is set in the Lake Hume resort, amongst the resort cabins. You have full access to the resort facilities, a little dated, but lots of fun. Our kids really enjoyed the pool, tennis court and mini golf. It's also only a short walk to the lake for a swim. A drink on the balcony of 'The Boatshed' is a must.

This property is in a stunning location and was absolutely pristine, making us feel at home the moment we arrived. Just a five-minute drive from Yackandandah, we were pleasantly surprised by how picturesque the town was, with a fantastic coffee and food scene - so much so that we ended up preferring it over Beechworth!

Loved the vintage charm of this place! The host has done an incredible job preserving its character while offering modern conveniences. Communication was seamless! The host was responsive and considerate, ensuring our stay was comfortable from start to finish. Five ⭐👏

Gorgeous house! So clean and a perfect spot behind the Astor, across from Aldi, Harris Farm, Scots School and a short walk to Dean Street. The house has a/c in dining, lounge and master. Fans in lounge, master and 2nd bedroom. Fantastic cupboards on master bedroom. No portacot available. The 3rd bedroom is a sleep out with single bed. No fan or a/c (but there are electric heaters). In summer I think a split system would be necessary. At least pack a pedestal fan. I wouldn’t be comfortable sleeping my child out there by themselves. Has a washing machine and laundry. A dryer would be great, but has a clothes airer and clothesline. Linen and amenities are perfect, cute little back yard and off street parking too! We absolutely loved this value for money central family option!

This was our second opportunity to spend a long weekend at Hart Cottage. Our family absolutely loves this little gem. We spend our days on day trips around the region and look forward to returning to the cottage for beautiful sunsets and incredible night skies as we sit around the fire pit. The beds are comfortable and there’s every effort made by Rachel and her family to make the home as relaxing as possible. We look forward to staying again soon

A beautiful home with lots of period touches. Modern appliances and plenty of space. Master bedroom and en suite are great and can be a retreat if needed. Spacious garden is fully fenced for your fur baby. You are ideally located within walking distance of the town centre and the local pub a few minutes away has great reviews and lives up to them. Also what looked like a nice Italian eatery next door. There is even a great take away coffee van almost directly opposite. Lots a walks along The Murray river to keep you amused. Off street parking for 5 cars albeit nose to tail which wasn’t an issue for us. In a word “recommended”

Pips place was exactly what you read. A beautiful home, well kept, well stocked and an absolute dream for parents with young children. This house gives you the best of both worlds with an adults retreat style living area and an abundance of toys and activities for kids. We cannot recommend this home enough & are excited for our next stay!

We loved our stay here. The home was perfect for our family with plenty of room for everyone. The living room is comfortable and the kitchen had everything you could need. It was very kind of John and Maggie to provide us with staples like milk and bread. The beds were comfortable and the convenience of the washer and dryer was so helpful when travelling with kids. The place was exactly as advertised (if not better). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This place was perfect! Close to shops and an outdoor pool is walking distance! The home has everything you can think of to make our stay as comfortable as possible! And the communication was fantastic!

Lisa’s place was great for our stay in Albury. Plenty of room for our dog to run around in the backyard. Close to town and place to get coffee. Well equipped kitchen to cook at home and excellent heating for cold mornings. Lisa was a friendly and obliging host.
