Kids (and us!) had the most amazing time. Friendly animals and the cottage was full of toys and games. There was no need to leave the property! Nearby Marburg was super cute. The best part was the buggy ride from kind Dave, the kids adored helping feed the cattle; and most of all, the horse ride! We have rebooked already.

From the moment we booked and arrived, Kyla was the most welcoming and friendly host we could have hoped for. Kyla's genuine hospitality made us feel completely at home. The Barn itself is charming, cosy, and full of character – the perfect spot for a peaceful and laid-back getaway. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, making our stay both comfortable and relaxing. The setting is quiet and homely, yet still only a short drive to all the amenities and activities you might need. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would absolutely recommend The Barn to anyone visiting the Mt Hallen area. We’ll definitely be back!

we loved our stay at Robert's lovely house again. As cyclists away riding the BVRT, it is wonderful to return to such a quiet beautiful place to relax after the riding is done for the day. We will be back again.

We had a lovely time at the accomodation. The kids really enjoyed the garden and the deck/walkway between the two buildings. It felt very much like a home, with many books available to read and a full kitchen, etc.
