House vacation rentals in Chóvar

A spectacular stay with family, 4 people and 3 dogs. We stayed for a weekend and it was short. It was even better than we thought. The huge land, a very spacious house, clean and tidy, and a spectacular pool. Salva didn't put us any impediments on arrival or departure, very flexible and even helped us get there. Very responsive and kind. The house offers an impressive tranquility, it is phenomenal, it has a lot of garden and our 3 dogs have spent it big running around. Also everything is fine fenced and super safe for them. It has a BBQ area and all facilities are in pristine condition. It has been spectacular to be at Salva's house, and his attention even better. We'll do it again for sure. We were delighted, we couldn't have chosen better. It has definitely met our expectations.

Had a fantastic stay - thank you Maribel! The house and garden were even bigger than they looked in the photos and absolutely perfect for kids to play in. The house was very clean, comfy and well equipped and great for being inside or outside depending on the weather. The neighbourhood was very peaceful and we loved strolling to the beach for a swim each day. Maribel gave some great restaurant recommendations and helped with supermarket directions, and it was an easy walk to churros and icecream at Canet. We’d all love to come back!

Very friendly host and easy to communicate with. The house was clean, but cosy. It had everything we needed. The house is out of the center, but we found everything within walking distance. Enjoyable terras and clean swimming pool. The neighbourhood has many dogs barking at you when you walk by. It does not disturb when you're at the house, however if you're scared of dogs there is no way of avoiding them when walking to and from the house. Highly recommend the place if you don't wish to be in the center.

We were looking for a place to relax for a few more days with the children after a week in Valencia. That worked out very well here! Lovely swimming pool in the garden and on the beach. The garden has places for every moment with shade and sun. In addition, a very nice spacious house with also a large kitchen. And lastly, Ellen is a friendly and helpful woman, we felt completely at home. Highly recommended:)

We had a great time with the family in this house perfectly suited to accommodate several people. The cleanliness was impeccable and the equipment at the top: everything is designed so that we can cook and enjoy quiet evenings at home. The location is ideal, with all shops (bakery, pharmacy, etc.) within walking distance, just like the metro located less than three minutes away. The latter serves the whole city, up to the beach, and even allows you to reach the airport in a single station. The outside is super nice, especially for families with kids. Special mention for the movie room, which made its small effect! Only small downside: the check-in time at 5 p.m., a little late. But other than that, everything was perfect. We recommend it without hesitation!

Villa Rosa could not come more highly recommended. We stayed here for a week and almost instantly found peace. We worked for the week and had comfortable lodgings, peaceful surroundings, access to great ammenities and also - great internet. Tatiana was a pro host - we would gladly return

Great property and host. Big clean house and close to the beach. Hosts were very accommodating to us. We enjoyed our stay here. To improve, it would be great to have some tea towels in the kitchen and some peelers!

An excellent place to disconnect from the routine since you are in the mountains, a very quiet area, excellent if you have a pet. The house is very cute and very well prepared with everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. We loved the house very much, the only thing we would add would be mosquito nets on the windows and if possible curtains for greater privacy despite the fact that the house is surrounded by a reed fence, which would provide greater privacy for the interior. Overall very nice and with the option to repeat the stay. On the day we left, they approached us to meet us and are very friendly and very considerate.

This is the second time we have come to Carlos and are very happy with the accommodation. Carlos is very responsive and always happy to help . The apartment is light and spacious !

We have been here for 8 weeks, a "workation". Lovely to work without having a (social) agenda, which gives you all the time to yourself. The house is perfect, a lovely roof terrace for relaxing, restaurants and cafes within almost crawling distance. But the beach can also be reached in more than 10 minutes. The station is 5 minutes away, from there within 1.5 hours in the center of Valencia. Unfortunately, we also got to know "Dana", the most violent ever. with southern Valencia in the center. The house itself was perfectly fine. Finally, Gonzalo, the owner, rarely receive such quick responses for those few questions we've had. So the contact with him went quickly and completely well.

This place was perfect, looked exactly like the pictures and was immaculate. We loved being near the beach and were able to get anywhere else easily with buses close by. The bus from the train station dropped us right on the corner of the apartment. Someone complained about the hot water, but for us there was plenty of it. We were here for 3 days and highly recommend Milena’s place.

located in the center of the city , you have everything at hand. the parking is not easy but giving a couple of turns you park.

Nadine was an absolutely fabulous host. I could not recommend her or her properties enough. She was very proactive to offer help and always wanted to make sure we were having a good time. The house itself was absolutely perfect and I think slightly undersold by Nadine, we were a party of 9 with 3 young children, aged 1/3/5 and it was fabulous. What really stood out as parents of young children was the accessibility of everything and the owners of the property letting us use their things. Toys for the children, plastic plates, pool items. All the things, you buy on a holiday, but know you will likely not take home was all there straight away which is very understated but absolutely necessary as parents. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the property again or visit another of Nadine’s properties.

We went to spend a few days at Layla's house and it was the best decision. She is a very good and attentive host, the house is spacious and very well furnished for winter or summer. We really appreciate being able to enjoy the place.

We had such a wonderful time at Alejandro’s home. The grounds and garden are stunning. The home was beautifully decorated with antiques and furnishings. The beds were comfortable. Great linens as well. The kitchen was well equipped. The air conditioning was perfect. The patios were lovely. And we really enjoyed the pools with amazing views of the orange orchard. It’s so peaceful. What a lovely property. And Vincent and his wife were so kind and welcoming. We loved the fresh figs!!

Very nice, quiet place, 900 meters from the road. We come here to enjoy the calm and the hills. Pablo takes very good care of us. Thank you.

Regarding the place: It’s an amazing place. It’s quiet, in the hills, beautiful outdoor space, close to the supermarket and outdoor hiking spots. It’s also 10 min driving to the beach. The place is better than the pictures. Regarding the host: amazing. Always helpful and was always checking up with us if everything was alright. Made us feel at home.
