Roman is such a great host, I had a great experience staying in Carolina in his condo. Sunny or rainy weather, the home feel cozy from the first day. Will be back and would recommend this place to my friends for sure!

A very good place to relax, the terrace is the color of this place! Great hosts! The house has everything for a comfortable stay, the kitchen has a lot of different utensils , all the dishes are beautiful! We will be happy to come back for a vacation again!

Very nice and spacious house with a sauna, barbecue place and small swimming pool. I would recommend for a large company of 9-14 people.

We came to Odessa for a friend's anniversary. For a large company, 8 people chose this house. A cozy courtyard with a gazebo and grill is completely planted with roses. The house smells very clean and nice) Several bathrooms add comfort. There is everything you need. Convenient disposal within walking distance to the sea. I recommend!

The apartment is super - even better than in the photos It is very spacious, with high ceilings, with parquet, a fireplace, live plants, beautiful interior items and furniture in the same style The bed is large and soft, everything is clean, the kitchen has everything you need; wide windowsills - you can sit and watch people with morning coffee By the way, there is a trolleybus stop and a road nearby - those who are used to sleeping in absolute silence will need earplugs The large bedroom has good dark curtains, and the small one is very bright, the curtains are thin (bring sleeping masks) Hot water, warmth (fireplace, air conditioners), cozy, no neighbors Location - almost the very center (there is a cool place "Legenda" 5 minutes walk, their beer is on the menu, very tasty, and game, medieval atmosphere, great service - we liked it) Special thanks to Evgeny for his hospitality, quick answers, good attitude and the opportunity to come with pets!! The apartment exceeded all our expectations I wish you good guests!!!

Loved staying at Valentina's place) The apartment corresponds to the description, there are all the necessary things for cooking, there is a smart TV, air conditioning. Communication is very good. There were no questions during the stay. The apartment is 7 min from the center, 1 min from the park, and 15 min to Nemo Dolphinarium and the beach in Langeron.

I lived in this apartment for two months and can highly recommend it. I arrived a few days after a Russian bomb destroyed a restaurant about 100 meters away and was immediately shown a bomb shelter nearby by co-host Sasha, the owner's son who is staying abroad. It is a very spacious apartment with beautiful high ceilings. The apartment is very suitable for a longer stay with a kitchen that lacks nothing, although the dishwasher is a bit small. The master bedroom has a cozy balcony with furniture, lots of greenery and a view of the harbor and the Black Sea in the distance. It is a particularly quiet apartment on the second floor in the beautiful historic Old Town of Odessa. The cozy center with its many restaurants and terraces is only a 5-minute walk away. Sasha is an excellent and helpful host who respects privacy and communicates quickly and in good English. He lives directly below the apartment on the ground floor and is therefore close by if problems need to be solved.

We stayed with a large group, everything was great, a lot of space, a lot of space, well-maintained and neat. Sauna and summer pool are clean. It was pleasant to communicate with the host Yuri. I recommend.
