Monthly Rentals in Chom Thong

Jake's place was a great stay for us. It has some age — especially the floor and walls — but everything was clean and well maintained. My husband and I stayed for a month, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable long-term stay. While the building shows its years, the things that really matter were all updated and worked great — the air conditioner, fan, microwave, induction cooktop, and bathroom were all in great condition. The metro station is just a 5-minute walk away — short, but long enough to break a sweat!

Had a great time. A little out of the way of all the middle of Bangkok which was nice. rented a scooter and the possibilities were endless or just grab if not comfortable. The stay was nice, bed a bit firm but I’m not picky.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very clean and spacious. It’s in a great location. just a few minutes' walk to the Bang Wa interchange, which made getting around the city super convenient. The neighborhood was quiet and safe, and there were plenty of local shops and food options nearby. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for comfort and easy access to transit!

Benny was a super helpful and responsive host. He helped me with everything from checking in to the Wi-Fi. He also sent me places to visit nearby and allowed me to check in early and check out late. The place looks exactly like the photos. It is calm and peaceful. There is a 7/11 downstairs and food within a very short walking distance. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, clean, and comfortable stay. Thank you so much, Benny!
