Our family had a great stay in Merida at Oswaldo’s home. There was a parking spot that fit our SUV perfectly so we could explore outside of Mérida. But when we were in Mérida we could easily walk to the centro, churches, plazas, and all the cultural offerings held nightly. The house was perfect with room for everyone and a pool to splash in on the hot days. Oswaldo was easy to communicate with and provided tons of great recommendations for restaurants and beach clubs for the family. Thank you for sharing your home - we would be happy to stay again on our next Mexican adventure!

Adam‘s place was wonderful like a little slice of heaven. The whole place was spotless. Adam communicated with me promptly and met me at the property personally to let me in and explained everything about the house and gave me recommendations for what is in the area. The location was great. It’s an easy walk to La Plancha park and a few restaurants and markets. Stepping into the private pool after a day of exploring in the heat of the day is a blissful experience. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Mérida.

Can’t recommend highly enough. Property was great. Apartment decorated with regional art and very clean. Pool so nice in hot weather! Kids swam every afternoon. Met other interesting international guests during our month long stay. Alicia responded to any questions we had within an hour. Property is close to bus that goes downtown and to eating establishments, OXXO, bank, beer store. Property felt very secure and it was very quiet considering that Merida is a large city. We would definitely return.

Isabel, Camila & Xochitl were fantastic hosts. They responded immediately to all our questions and requests. We loved the villa. Swam every afternoon in the pool. Clean and private. Small market and pharmacy very close by for all our food and drink needs. The park had all kinds of authentic food vendors that we enjoyed. Easy to get to other parts of town from this location. Thanks again to our hosts we really enjoyed Merida.

Highly recommend staying at Nuria’s place! The location is perfect, plus the garage was great to have as the rules for street parking weren’t super clear. We particularly loved that the outside patio area was always pretty shady, so we could lounge outside without completely baking. Laundry was also a great resource that helped us pack a little lighter! Overall, a beautiful place!

This was our second stay at Alger’s beautiful house. The location is perfect, the house is beautiful and comfortable, the pool is clean, refreshing and an absolute hit with our daughters. This is THE place!!! We stayed for 4 nights and loved every single moment of it! To start, this was the biggest pool that I found in all of the Airbnbs I looked at. There is great AC and the upstairs grill/lounge area was such a great touch. I loved going up there in the mornings and seeing a little street kitty sitting on the neighbors roof. It is shaded and very comfortable! Great place to have your morning coffee. Speaking of morning coffee, they do provide a coffee maker and coffee grounds. Check-in was a breeze, and the person that helped us was very flexible with our time. In terms of location, it doesn't get better. We walked EVERYWHERE. When we didn't feel like walking, a quick Uber ride did the trick. I also loved the bed, it was so comfortable. The TV in the living room was a great touch to relax after long days of walking in Merida. Finally, the house looks like an art museum. I mean beautiful does not even begin to cover it. This whole place is something out of a magazine.

Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt, sie war sauber und ordentlich. Durch die 3 Türen zur Wohnung haben wir uns auch sehr sicher gefühlt. Sie hatte nur leider kein direktes Tageslicht, was uns aber nicht großartig gestört hat, da wir eh die meiste Zeit unterwegs waren. Das Zentrum ist mit dem uber nur 10 min entfernt und die Gegend ist sehr ruhig und angenehm. Etnya ist sehr freundlich und hat auf Fragen immer schnell reagiert. Wir würden die Wohnung wieder buchen.

Miguel/michael is a great host and will always take care of you. I would ideally give this place 4.5 stars because whoever does the cleaning only does a very surface level cleaning. We usually have to do more of the detailed stuff. But the host is very responsive and he speaks English which is a nice bonus. The building itself is well maintained (I didn’t like that one time someone rented out the top floor without telling us) but besides that it was nice.

Hanir's place is well located to getting around Mérida by car or bus, and is not far away from a number of shopping centres. The space was well equipped with different amenities and was clean & comfortable. And to top it off, Hanir was very responsive and super helpful, highly recommended!

Tuvimos cerca oxxo, farmacia, centros comerciales, restaurantes, etc. Pudimos llegar al centro sin problema. La comunicación excelente, siempre estuvieron al pendiente de resolver nuestras dudas. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour de 3 mois chez Yanue et nous nous y sommes sentis comme à la maison. La maison est spacieuse, lumiseuse et très confortable. Nous avons adoré prendre notre café sur la terrasse le matin et profiter de la piscine en après-midi. C'est un quartier paisible et tranquille exepté pour l'école à l'arrière, ce n'était pas un problème pour nous puisque nous nous levions tôt pour travailler, mais c'est à prendre en considération si vous prévoyez faire la grâce matinée! La communication avec Yanue était très facile, elle répondait toujours rapidement à nos questions et s'est montré très attentive à nos besoins. La maison est très bien située, toutes les commodités sont à proximité et vous êtes à environ 20 minutes en voiture du centre. Je recommande sans hésitation pour un séjour de longue durée!

We stayed in this Airbnb for seven weeks. It was very comfortable. We welcomed the new addition to our family during this time and it was very easy to have a newborn as well as help with a nanny in this location. We made great use of the kitchen and having a washer and dryer readily available with a newborn was invaluable. Any issues that the apartment had as far as typical normal maintenance that any home would have, Jerry would respond immediately and have someone to fix the issue within 12 to 24 hours at the most but majority of the time would be sooner. The location was ideal as it is close to for paseo Montejo, close to some great restaurants, and the neighborhood is very safe. I would frequently go jogging at the Fieldhouse nearby at night without any worries whatsoever. It was difficult to leave as it was very comfortable for us during this very important time. When we return to Merida we will definitely stay here again.

The apartment is very nice and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Both air conditioners work very well. The apartment complex is very safe and the front desk is very friendly. It's very close to the harbor plaza, so you can find Starbucks, ice cream and shops. Carolina and Octovia are very responsive and attentive.

This is my second time staying in one of Jesus’s place and both times I was not disappointed. The place looks exactly like the pics and was comfortable. I did mention to him that the pool needed to be maintained and he responded quickly. Jesus was kind enough to provide some cooking essentials upon request. I’d stay here again.

Overall, I thought the place was clean and well kept. Everything seemed to work just fine. Jesus texted instructions on how to get to the place and gave codes for the front gate, apartment door and Wi-Fi password. I appreciated the fact that he was quick to respond to my text. It would have been nice to meet in person but, it's Ok. I always felt he was just a text away if I needed anything. The place is about a 15-minute walking distance to the Walmart city center in la zona Montebello. They have several shops there and you can take the Va y Ven bus #63 to El Centro or north to La Isla. I truly enjoyed the calm location. I would like to express my gratitude to Jesus for his assistance and professionalism.
