Monthly Rentals in Chofu

It is an excellent apartment to spend a few days in Tokyo, very close to the train station (5 min walk) many services nearby, nice neighborhood and very safe. Large, clean and comfortable apartment.

Spacious, cosy & stylish. Enormous living room with beautiful long table and work/play room with board games. Bedrooms with large wardrobes, firm beds but pillows are low, host is kind enough to provide backups. It is on 2nd floor so prepare to climb a few steps. Entrance may be a bit tricky to locate at first, especially at night. Walkable to 7-11, drug store, public bath, supermarket & Jindaiji. Bus to Keio Chofu st. (to Shinjuku) or JR Mitaka or Kichijoji st. (to Tokyo & Akihabara), Inokashira Park & Ghibli Museum. Driving-wise it's next to Chofu IC of Chuo Expressway, so you can drive to Shinjuku in 30 mins w/o traffic. Plenty cooking utensils. Soundproof is wonderful - barely any noise from nearby highway, but could feel vibration sometimes. While it can cater 6+ pax, it has only 1 bathroom which may be inconvenient to larger party. Smooth & swift communication with hosts. Recommend to anyone wants to stay in bigger & well-kept house within reasonable distance from proper Tokyo.

Had a wonderful stay at Shizuka’s house. The place was well equipped for everything we need - cooking, laundry, ironing, entertainment, parking. We felt right at home. Shizuka is very helpful and super responsive to all our requests. Would definitely stay again if I’m in Fuchu.

My family and I had a pleasant stay at Ikuko's place. The house is clean and has everything that we need—towels, hair dryer, and shampoos/soap. Ikuko was also very approachable and friendly; she even gave us a welcome gift and helped us to book an airport transfer bus. Overall, the house is very homie and convenient as it's just a few min walk to the station and konbini. :)
