Monthly Rentals in Chocolate Springs

The house was so cute and cozy. We felt right at home. The hosts sent us detailed and clear instructions, which made check-in a breeze. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The bathroom took some getting used to, but convenient for family. We had everything we needed and the snacks were a welcome surprise. The neighborhood felt safe and the location was perfect for our plans that weekend. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We hope to be back soon!

Audrey and I left your property feeling that this was probably the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. Your attention to detail was amazing and everything was so clean that we could’ve performed surgery in there without any risk of infection. If we could give this place a “6” instead of a “5”, we would have done so. 👏👏 Thank you for an outstanding experience!!

Staying at this Air bnb was a wonderful decision my husband and I made, the neighborhood was quite, easy to find, and the host saved our wedding outfits by going above and beyond and getting our umbrellas we forgot in our rental car during a downpour. Don’t know if we will ever be in Tx again, but his place is top of the list for us if we do. 🥰

The location was beautiful, peaceful & relaxing. We have never used a roku TV before so I had to message Leigh Ann & Rocky. They responded quickly & were very helpful. They were also able to help me out with a kennel for my dog for a day. This was the 1st air bnb we have ever stayed at, and boy are we glad we did! Highly recommend this location. So nice to be able to hang out on a porch & let our dog play in the yard all day every day. Definitely beat being couped up in a hotel for a week.
