Attention We changed this airbnb into entire rental after the year of 2022. Before 2022, we rented this airbnb as shared-house. so some of the reviews in the past before 2022 may not be accurate anymore. we can hold the luggage from 9am on the check-in date, also we can hold the luggage until 7pm on the check-out date. We  pick-up  at Aoto Station for check-in ( 1 pick-up for 1 reservation.) ※There may be construction noise in the next house during day time 8:30am-5pm in 2025.

SUMIRE AOI HOUSE - Minimal Japanese House

"SUMIRE AOI HOUSE" is a small Japanese house. The basic structure of the house was designed in 1952 by Makoto Masuzawa, a leading architect in Japan. And the house was redesigned by Makoto Koizumi in 1999. I had lived 20 years with my family. The sense of space by the south-facing large windows and the stairwell, it will make you attracted. The area has some parks and fields, and it's leisurely. I can introduce nearby shops. Please spend your time like traveling daily life.

Decoboco hanare

This house is an old Japanese traditional house built in 1948. We renovated inside so it is very clean and comfortable. I am an artist There is a kitchen and living area at the1st floor and you can see the little Japanese garden from it. The 2nd floor is an also traditional tatami room and sleep with Japanese style of bed (FUTON) so you will have real Japanese life style at our place.

2 min. to Asakusa line - Quiet area

-My place will take for 2 minutes on foot from Magome station(No: A02) of Asakusa Line. -Since the step of the entrance is less than 10 cm, it is easy to bring heavy/big bags into the room. - A house with barrier free structure. -The guest entrance and the host entrance are different. -A free mobile wifi and a free in-house wifi thru optical network.
