We had an amazing time. The house is spacious, fully stocked with peaceful and amazing views. The host is super responsive and helpful. Great place for family with kids. It is next to walking paths, the river and close to downtown, but private and quiet at the same time. Georgi also took out from his free time to help us with a flat tire. We will definitely come back and we highly recommend to everyone visiting Varshetz.

Dejan is a brilliant host. He was very kind and always responsive, even before we travelled to his cabin. We were welcomed with coffee and Rakija on our arrival. He was very kind and helpful when we needed assistance, but stayed out of our way otherwise even though he lives on the same property. The view from the property is simply breathtaking and the cabin in general is extremely comfortable. The kittens that live on the property made the stay even more enjoyable. The cabin is found in quite a remote location, some 30 minutes away from the nearest town, and the road to it is a bit rocky but not uncomfortable to drive on. We enjoyed our stay at Dejan's cabin and would book again in a heartbeat. 10/10!

A cozy room in a wooden guesthouse by the road. The room is small, consisting of a bedroom combined with a living room-kitchen area and a private bathroom. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and the kitchen was fully equipped (pans, a cezve for coffee, an induction stove, and dishes). Note that the tap water is not drinkable, but the hosts informed us about it in advance. Pustolov and Bilja were attentive and polite hosts. A couple of suggestions — it would be great to have insect screens during the summer, and the bed is starting to sag a little. However, there’s also a sofa in the living room that is firmer. I can recommend this place for short stays for 2–3 guests.

Recomand celor detasati Frontex precum si celor care sunt in cautarea unei locatii in care sa se sinta bine atat pentru 2-3 nopti cat si pe termen lung! La momentul cautarii inchirierii unei locuinte pe termen mediu, oferta lui Dragan a parut cea mai buna din punct de vedere calitate-pret. Locatia este situata langa bazinul olimpic ,langa sala de fitness , pista de alergare si terenul de fotbal! Dragan, gazda locatiei, mai are si apartamentul Grey Lux situat in zona centrelor comerciale din oras! Dragan a dovedit ca este o gazda cum rar intalnesti,cu o atitudine prietenoasa, care iti vine in ajutor pentru orice problema! Am stat in ambele apartamente pe o perioada mai lunga de timp si pot spune ca nu iti lipseste nimic. Este loc de parcare la fiecare dintre locatii! Multumesc Dragan pentru tot sprijinul, sper sa mai revin in Pirot! Desigur, tot la tine ma voi caza! Alegeti cu incredere aceasta locatie!

The property itself is stunning—surrounded by beautiful nature, with breathtaking views of Dimitrovgrad and the mountains. It’s the perfect place to relax, unwind, and reconnect with nature. The peaceful atmosphere, combined with the presence of friendly animals, makes it an unforgettable experience. If you’re looking for a peaceful retreat with incredible hospitality, Magarija is the place to be. I can’t wait to visit again!
