This is my third time - although this was with my trekking buddies - and it was great as always. A quiet and peaceful place. Pravin, the caretaker, has wonderful homemade food which was a hit with my trekking friends from outside of the state.

Sharad sir was very friendly, pretty humble and calm & composed person. He instantly contacted me the moment I booked my accommodation and guided me well through calls and texts in order to arrive at the location safely. He gave me excellent recommendation and useful tips to explore the city. I highly recommend Sharad sir's Airbnb to every budget/solo traveller who is looking for a affordable, best, value for money & clean accomodation in pune. During my stay Sharad sir treated me like his own family member. The accomodation has everything as per mentioned in the listing, was neat & clean; and the building is located inside a gated community with small shacks and grocery stores present outside the main gate.

Truly a home away from home with impeccable cleanliness, and all the amenities for a cozy stay. Loved the big screen TV and the amazing bird's eye view from the balcony of the football ground watching kids dribble their way to score goals. The place is conveniently located close to malls and eateries. Look forward to staying again next time I'm in Pune.
