Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Chiaia, Napoli

The second time we selected the place because we were so satisfied. I can only recommend it to anyone who likes to go to the beach but also visits shopping centers nearby.

The apartment is well furnished. Great view of Vesuvius from the huge balcony. Tommaso is easily accessible and was quick to respond to our questions. If there were problems, he quickly found a solution. Highly recommended.

Everything was perfect, Giulia was always available and very kind . Nothing was missing, like being at home. Only observation, the last meters to get home, for those who are not very used to narrow and dirt roads, be careful. However, highly recommended to visit the beauties including nearby Pompeii, Sorrento, etc. We will definitely return, our dog has also been well accepted🥰

Location that gives peace and serenity, furnishings and accessories with attention to detail. I recommend it to those who want to treat themselves to moments of peace and serenity, the veranda offers a very special light and relaxation

The accommodation is tidy. To get to Naples, you need to drive from the accommodation to Pozzali, take subway line 2 to Piazza Cavour station, walk a few minutes to the National Archaeological Museum of Naples, we took subway line 1 from Xinbao, returned to Piazza Cavour, transferred to subway line 2 to Pozzali to pick up the car and return to the accommodation.There are many free parking lots in Pozzuoli.

Michele truly is a superhost - responsive, very friendly but not intrusive, helpful. Location is the reason to choose this place if you like to have a spectacular water view, great patio, and a private beach before 9 am and after 6 pm and all day Monday. We would return for sure. The apartment is very large but sparsely furnished. We were three guests and were comfortable. You must be comfortable with a long set of hillside stairs.

We stayed at the Cappero apartment for four nights in May. With Flora and Enrico you immediately feel at home, two truly wonderful people who go far beyond their role, but never intrusive. Always smiling and ready to give you a thousand tips. The apartment is located in the village of Quarto, very clean, functional with a well-kept outdoor space where you can eat meals in privacy and tranquility, located in a very quiet area but full of services (pizzerias, restaurants, bars, sandwich shops, supermarkets) all really a few steps away. The Cumana stop (Quarto Officina) is 200 meters away, really convenient to get to Naples/Montesanto avoiding traffic. I want to say that the strength is Flora and Enrico and family. Thank you very much for everything...

There were 5 of us and the truth is that we were very comfortable and we felt right at home. Antonio was very attentive and was there to solve/help with anything we had at the time. Very good location, in 10-15 minutes maximum walking, you arrive at the central station of Naples. I would definitely recommend it!!

THE GOOD: Great place! The room was clean and the same as it was shown on airbnb. The location was good, everything we needed was at most a 15 minute walk (Herculaneum, Train station, restaurants, etc.) and seemed to be home to mostly locals. In terms of security I felt safe the whole time (however my friend and I are both men) and the noise level was good at night. Francesca was a great host, she was very responsive and her replies were helpful. THE BAD: If you plan on using the pull out make sure whoever is using it is aware it is not the biggest or most comfy (it is a makeshift bed after all). It is however passable and if you are not a picky sleeper it should die just fine, especially if you are only staying a couple nights. Finally the shower works well and is clean but is very cramped. As someone who is not very big I found it hard to maneuver freely. Again it’s not major but if you are a larger person it may impact you more. Overall a great Airbnb!

Bruna welcomed us like a mom to this beautiful penthouse. The view, appreciated from each side of the building, is breathtaking and offers an unforgettable experience. The house is very clean, the beds comfortable and the location is perfect for those like us who decided to experience Naples with the car, the parking space was in fact very useful. After Bruna's welcome and availability and the disarming beauty of this apartment, the only downside was having to leave! We hope to be back very soon!

Attilio is very helpful and friendly. His place is cozy and adorable. I highly recommend the place for 2 person. There is a kitchen but I think it’s much easier to just dine out.

Beautiful views of the sea and private beach. The residents were very kind. Reaching the rooms can be confusing, but there are 2 exits, one with and one without an elevator. Watch your head if you're tall! If you're looking for multiple private rooms, the 2 bedrooms overlook the living room, but the tub was beautiful in the main bedroom. We had a great time!

The Spanish Quarter is as advertised, a very vibrant area of the city with many restaurants. Coming from the United States, it was such an experience to be at an outdoor table in narrow streets and to see the Naples culture occurring all around you. Close to the port and metro to get you where you want to go. We happened to be there when the city football club won the League A title, providing a once in a lifetime experience seeing the city celebrate. The apartment was as advertised - a perfect space for our group of 4 with two bedrooms with plenty of closet space, and two bathrooms both with showers. All modern appliances and heating/air conditioning units. The host Dede was very responsive with restaurant suggestions and detailed directions on getting in the building and to the room, and checked in on us multiple times. Definitely use Leonardo for car service. Inexpensive and such a nice man. Meeting him and driving through Naples was an extra we didn’t plan on!

Gabriella was outstanding. All other hosts have high bar to meet after being in Gabriella's care. She was friendly, responsive, thorough, helpful, & even left us vegetables and fruits, pasta, & wine for us so we did not have to worry about going out the night of arrival. She continued to be available throughout our stay. We were a needy bunch since there were 8 of us and didn't have car. Buses were full coming down the mountain but she saved the day by finding us a driver last minute so we could still get to our Pompeii tour and see some of Amalfi coast. All of us loved her and felt truly sad when we had to depart. The only notation to make is that Furore is tucked away a bit so getting back and forth to other towns was challenging since buses were often full, even very early morning ones. This has its appeal of course, & we liked it for that reason but Sorrento trip had to be forgone due to ride limitations so bear in mind--but this does not take away from Gabriella's charm!

We loved staying at Vittorio’s place. The house was spacious, welcoming and had all of the amenities we needed. We particularly loved the terrace with the amazing views of the sea. We found several great restaurants nearby and found the marina so convenient for water taxis and excursions to Amalfi, Capri and Positano. The location in Praiano, while close to many things, is also a good bit quieter than the much busier towns of Amalfi and Positano but close enough to get there easily by driving or by water. We just loved it and our hosts were amazing with their recommendations and communication. 5 stars for sure!

This villa was a lovely place to stay. It’s a great location to stay and travel into Sorrento. We managed day trips to Positano/Amalfi, Naples, Pompei, and Capri. We enjoyed the lovely pastries every morning. Sitting out on the balcony with views of Vesuvius became our morning coffee ritual! There is a gorgeous garden with mandarinos, lemons and oranges! Franco was hospitable and friendly checking up on us on several occasions. We left our towels out to dry and came home to find a drying line put out for us as it rained overnight! Great restaurant recommendations from Marco. Lovely hospitality! Generous, considerate hosts! Highly recommend.

This rental worked out well for my family while we visited from the US. The house is in a peaceful, quiet, and private area. We did our research on the area and we knew this was in the country and not walkable. You really need a car if you’re going to stay here. This isn’t a negative in my opinion, just want other renters to be aware. The host was very kind and responsive. We would stay here again.

The sweetest little home with an unbelievable view. Included everything we needed and hosts went above and beyond in communications and recommendations. If you are wanting all of this and the most relaxing environment, this is your place! Ty for making this a perfect vacation getaway!

A beautiful, peaceful, relaxing location. The villa has character and the log fire is a great focal point. Outdoor spaces for eating and chatting. A few minutes drive further up the hill is an amazing viewing point with restaurant. Marina is helpful, responsive and friendly.

Had a wonderful stay at the villa. Antonio and Francesca were very responsive before the trip and provided local recommendations. The villa is decorated beautifully and close to some nice restaurants, grocery and beach access. Would recommend looking to stay near Amalfi or Positano to stay here.
