Apartment located not far from local shops by car or bike. Nice apartment that benefits from a nice terrace. Beautiful environment. Very peaceful. Nice apartment very clean and functional. Sufficient for 2 adults and 2 children. Baby necessities available (high chair, bathtub, baby bed, blender Marie-France was flexible with check-in and check-out times. Available if you need information. A local favorite!

Our stay with Tiffanie and her family was perfect! We appreciated the location of the house, located in the heights of Saint Jorioz which is easily accessible by car (10min). Annecy is 35-40min depending on traffic. Quick tips: the GPS indicates to take a steep path and forbidden to traffic just before arriving at the house, ignore it and continue straight ahead before turning right at the next intersection (many + passable). The accommodation is very functional and refurbished, the furniture and decor are of quality! We particularly appreciated the 2 very comfortable bedrooms (master bedroom and children's room), as well as the garden and the beautiful equipped terrace. Great first stay in the Tiny House. The place was clean when we arrived, true to photos. Very nice environment, close to the river Ain, relatively quiet despite the proximity to parking. Yann is very friendly and responsive. We recommend a dinner at the restaurant "Le Carbet" located directly opposite, great atmosphere, very nice shaded terrace and delicious dishes. Marla is very friendly and welcoming. We spent 3 very pleasant days in her very functional and very clean accommodation. The environment is very quiet. The accessibility of the lake and the city center on foot is a real plus. Thanks again for everything.

This is a wonderfully large apartment in a nice quiet area. With 2 people, the apartment is very generous in size. Everything looks neat and clean. The kitchen is extensive, everything you need can be found there. In the direct surroundings you will find the waterfall. For groceries and restaurants you will have to drive a little further, but we found that no problem because in return you get a quiet area where nature plays the leading role. Number of recommendations in the area: bakery La Grange aux Pains in Champagnole, restaurant Table de Cebriot in Chaux Neuve and wine shop Chateau Bethanie in Saint Laurent. To visit the Comte museum in Poligny, the source la Saine.

A breathtaking view ( when the fog doesn't get involved😂) very functional accommodation ideal for 3 people and a baby. we will probably return to sunny days ... 🤞🏼🤞🏼🤞🏼 Again, thank you for this lovely discovery and for the communication. 🙏🏼
