Vacation rentals in Cher

Centrally located accommodation in Tours, very close to many restaurants and shops. The apartment was nice, it's as seen in the photos and met our expectations. I had what you need for a very pleasant stay. Maryse is very friendly and helpful.

We loved our night in this charming apartment, beautifully decorated and in a good location. Our hosts were charming in agreeing to be accommodating for the arrival despite a misunderstanding (our fault). The accommodation is clean, well located. Our hosts are lovely and welcomed us with great attention and care. Thanks again! I would recommned this property.

The property was exactly as described and pictured. The location is only 10 minutes from the center of Tours, and very close to many of the most popular chateaux. The unit is completely private, well insulated and very quiet. There is a gate restricting access to the property, so it was very safe. All the amenities are provided, and if they are not on location, Dominique will do everything to provide them. He is a delightful host, friendly, helpful and so accomodating. Having sheep, goats and wild rabbits a few feet away added to the pleasure of staying here. In nice weather, walks along the river are only steps away. Highly recommend.

A great house and host. Good location in the center of the valley

So many words come to my mind as I write this review, but I think the two that describe it so well are idyllic and peaceful. We were so incredibly thrilled to book Martine’s home for our stay and only wish that we could have stayed longer. The bedrooms were large and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. We woke up to the sound of birds chirping, and the peacefulness of village life. Yet, even though it was a small village, they had so many amenities (Boulanger, Charcuterie, restaurants, markets, Patisserie) that were within walking distance from the home. After the hustle and bustle of Paris and Bordeaux, it was absolute heaven to be able to stay at their home in Rochecorbon. If I could, I would definitely give it more than five stars.

We thoroughly enjoyed Daphné’s beautiful home near the town of Amboise. There’s a peaceful yard with a view to the Loire river, and Daphné could not have been more pleasant and helpful getting us set up. The house had everything we needed, and the master bedroom in particular was very cool.
