Great place, great host. Welcomed with cava, had dinner outside in the garden. Location is great, instructions were clear, beautiful area.

A wonderful oasis of tranquility. Spotless, well equipped with a beautiful garden. Jean is a wonderful host, friendly, helpful, flexible & unobtrusive.

John and Valerie were very frindly and helpful. We were able to check in early when we arrived and were able to lock our bicycles up securely in their enclosed garden before setting of on a local walk. The accomodation was just as shown in the photos and very confortable with an old world feel about it. The converstion from a chapel to a three bedrooom, two bathroom home is charming and practical. There are two excellent local pubs, The Bell Inn next door and the Boat Inn on the other side of a foot bridge over the river Wye.

We had a lovely nights stay at The Studio. Debbie and Phil were great hosts and responded incredibly quickly to any queries that we had. Overall a great place to stay for a night and great value too!

We had a lovely long weekend in Catherine and Hugh’s place. It’s a beautiful and peaceful location, well situated within driving distance to many places on the England/Wales border. It was a real luxury to be able to use the hot tub, too.

Lucinda kindly let us stow our backpacks before check in time. We were able to walk the fifteen minutes to Ye Olde Swan in Radcot for food. It's a pretty place to stay and feels very spacious. Lucinda left us fresh cinnamon buns, as well as breakfast items for the morning. Beds were really cosy and comfortable too.

Had a lovely stay at Street Farm Cottages. Beth and Hugo are very welcoming and the place is in such a beautiful location. We would definitely recommend the accommodation to friends and family. It has everything you require. Thank you very much

Stayed the night for my partners birthday, decorations in the bedroom were the perfect touch. Very clean and tidy. Will be back soon :))

A wonderful stay! Rosamond and Maarten's place was perfect for what we needed for our bank holiday weekend trip. Extremely comfortable bed and the bath is divine with the added bonus of underfloor heating. The conservatory is a great space for relaxing in front of the TV and we loved the fact there was a coffee machine too. Our hosts were very helpful when we requested an early check-in (despite us being delayed in the end!) and happily allowed us to leave our car on the drive on the day we checked out so we didn't have the inconvenience of moving the car and finding a parking space in town. Thank you for being wonderful hosts.

Such a gorgeous stay, Tori was so welcoming and the place was spotless. Super friendly family and the dogs were also very friendly. The most perfect place for a relaxing getaway but also perfect for walking the dog with lots of spacious quiet areas local. Perfect location to get to all of the Cotswolds tourist areas and plenty of places to eat locally. Lastly, they have a shepherds hut which is just up the road and just opened - The family kindly invited us over to take a look and it was absolutely gorgeous - we will absolutely be booking again ❤️🐶

Lovely place exactly as described with everything you need for a little stay. Beautiful gardens to look at and really nicely help place. We stayed for a wedding and Dale was really helpful with questions before hand and on our stay. Would happily return!

The accommodation was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and good lighting and lovely dining table for two. Also, there is a pretty decent kitchenette and a nice little private patio. It included a parking space and beautiful front garden. The bathroom was really impressive well-maintained and stocked with all the necessary amenities. Thank you Wayne and Melissa XOXO

The perfect little spot for a one night getaway. It’s an annex but still feels entirely private. Everything has been done to a high standard and spec, shower in particular was great! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

Cosy self-contained garden guest house with a veranda which would have been perfect to have a cuppa tea or glass of wine if I’d had the time or stayed longer! I’d definitely stay again! A gem of a place!

Just returned from a wonderful weekend at Letitia's annexe. Absolutely gorgeous property, perfect for 2. Such a generous welcome pack, and everything you could possibly need. Did some lovely walks along the river and down to Buscot House. Letitia and Spencer were friendly and approachable but still gave us plenty of privacy. We were really lucky to have fantastic weather as well. Highly recommend!

Lovely weekend at the Loft cottage. Beautiful location surrounded by nature, with very nice walks at a short distance, which is great as we had our dog with us. 5 mins away from cozy little village of Lechlade, with some nice pubs. Despite having a main road right behind, it was very quiet during the night. Good communication with the hosts and very easy check-in/out. Overall it was a very pleasant stay and we would consider it again for the future.

Lovely place to stay, peaceful and relaxing. Great base for exploring the area. Vicky has put together lots of useful information which I found really helpful. She is also there to help with anything you need. Really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend.

This was our second time at the annex. Such a lovely place to stay, clean, comfortable and well equipped with everything we needed. It is in a great location with easy access to Bath, Bristol and some lovely Cotswold villages. Julie was very friendly and a great host.

Barbara goes above and beyond! The starter kit for breakfast is amazing and so so sweet! The accommodation was very clean and tidy. No issues whatsoever, quiet and welcoming! Barbara also sent us very detailed information about the property prior to our arrival which was very reassuring. We felt at home straight away. Would definitely recommend and revisit ourselves!

We had a wonderful stay! The area was peaceful and beautiful; perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host went above and beyond, leaving out a fresh loaf of bread, eggs, and milk, which made us feel instantly at home. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with everything we needed to cook comfortably. One of the best touches was the helpful folder of local tips, including nearby walks, restaurants, and useful info that really enhanced our trip. The host was incredibly responsive, flexible with check-in, and always helpful without being intrusive. We would highly recommend staying here!
