Had a very pleasant stay. The space was very clean and comfortable. Loved the double shower head and hot tub. Walkable to downtown, which was so convenient. One small thing to mention - in the listing, it says hot tub quiet hours at 10, which actually means hot tub is not to be used past that time. A little confusing, we initially thought that meant we just needed to be quiet while using it after 10. All in all it was a fabulous place to stay at, and we would stay again! :)

Our stay here was great! The place is so cozy and the surroundings are beautiful. We especially loved that we could snowshoe right from the backyard up to a ridge with amazing views. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Eric was so responsive and gave great recommendations. Would definitely go back!

Was a wonderful place to stay, extremely cozy space and we were welcomed in person when we arrived. We were there for a birthday weekend and they decorated the place for the occasion. 10/10 would recommend and will come again!

Terrific host and a quiet location that's still close to town. The apartment temperature was spot-on; always warm and comfortable but never stuffy or overly hot. Great location for skiing both Steven Pass and Mission Ridge. We loved our week in Leavenworth and would stay there again.

Everything was perfect from the generously offered arrival pick-up at the shuttle station at night, to the spotless interior, to the quiet and ease of use. Great little kitchenette had everything, the window unit heater did its job on the raw rainy days, and there were so many useful amenities (OK, I had trouble resisting the jar of chocolates, but oh well!). One fun thing: There is a very cool “mystery sound” I challenge future tenants to identify — it took me awhile! Thank you Penny and Scott. You made my stay visiting family much easier and very pleasant.

Walking distance to everything House was immaculate Hot tub and as warm Host even plowed the driveway for us every morning haha! 10/10

Megan is an amazing host. We felt very well taken care of. She even had little goodies for us to enjoy while we were there :) The space was so cozy and clean, but the best part was being able to utilize the hot tub and sauna after some night skiing up at mission. 5 minute drive to downtown. Such a great place. Thanks for being such an amazing host, Megan!!

Stayed for a few days on our latest trip to Leavenworth and her place was great. Even though it was winter, the horses were still available to pet and feed and they were great. The hosts were some of the nicest people you could meet and were attentive of all our needs. Definitely recommend any time of the year, but I would like to try again in the spring and summer.

I would highly recommend staying at this lovely guest suite. The space was immaculately clean, the bedding was very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-stocked with all of the essentials to prepare meals. The location is peaceful, yet very close to Mission Ridge and town. The hosts were very easy to communicate with and always helpful. I hope to stay here again in the future if I’m ever in the area.

This was a great stay, and I'd recommend it highly. Karen is a thoughtful host and went beyond the typical: she grouped together everything needed to make Belgian waffles for breakfasts and also set up the crib for us before our arrival. We met her in passing, and she is friendly and kind. Her response times are fast and always helpful. The interior is beautifully and simply decorated. The area is quiet, walkable and also an easy drive to Mission Ridge and Squilchuck State Park.

This was one of the perfect winter getaways for our little family! This cute little guest house felt just like home! The beds were comfortable and the house and linens were fresh and clean, and there was even a christmas tree.

We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary. The hot tub was our favorite part. Kimberly was very accommodating, friendly and always available if needed. The place is beautiful and exactly as pictured. Highly recommend.

The host was quick to confirm my last minute reservation and was flexible with me checking in at night after driving over the pass. The space was perfect for our pre and post mission ridge adventures! The board games and the Pool table in the garage were our personal favorites. I would recommend this spot to anyone looking for a home base for their Wenatchee adventures.
