Outstanding host with a great staff. Walking distance to a great beach. The on-site restaurant was the best. All the dishes I tried were delicious. I will return back to Jin's when I visit Koh Samui again.

Great place, amazing surroundings

We appreciated the room. It was very spacious with a great view to the sea. Cleaning service is very good. The place is near Choengmon Beach, lots of good restarurants available. The bed was very comfortable. Highly recommeded!

Beautiful place, everything is thought out for both adults and children. There is enough space for a large company. We really liked the anti-stress loungers filled with balls and the place in the living room where there are a lot of cushions. Definitely the villa and the attitude of the owners is worth the money

Wohnen, dort wo andere einen Ausflug hin machen. Direkt neben dem Lad Koh Aussichtspunkt mit phantastischem Blick über die Bucht von Chaweng. Die Bungalows liegen direkt am Meer, nichts versperrt die Aussicht. Einfach unbeschreiblich. Wie heißt es bei Immobilien immer so schön: Lage, Lage, Lage. Die ganze Anlage ist gepflegt. Viel Grün. Die Räumlichkeiten waren genau so, wie auf den Fotos abgebildet. Das Bett war sehr komfortabel (Boxspringbett). Greinigt wurde jeden Tag. Immer frische Bettwäsche sowie Hand- und Duschtücher für Bad und Strand. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, höflich und zuvorkommend. Wenn man einen Wunsch hat, wird dieser sofort erfüllt. Das Restaurant ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Hier kann man schön sitzen, natürlich auch mit Blick auf's Meer. Die Karte ist italienisch angehaucht. Die Gerichte schmecken vorzüglich. Direkt neben dem Hotel ist eine Rollervermietung. Dort kann man auch ein Taxi buchen. Sehr zuverlässig und man muss keine Angst haben, abgezockt zu werden.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Florist. The room is really nice with a huge balcony looking over the beach. Everything was very nice and the staff are very friendly. You just go down the stair and you are on the beach. The pool was also nice, clean and refreshing. Unfortunately, they cut water sometimes during the day during our stay, which was a little inconvenient. Other than that, everything was perfect and we would stay again.

Excellent location! A short motorbike ride to the main shopping, food and night markets. Very private bungalow with an excellent pool and food/drink delivered straight to your room from the on-location restaurant/bar!! Will definitely stay here again….the outside shower and toilet took some getting used to but was an excellent experience! Keep up the good work 🙌🏾

Das Zimmer war super sauber und hatte eine Klimaanlage verbaut. Die Dusche ist leider etwas komisch positioniert, war für uns aber kein Problem. Die Lage des Zimmers war SUPER! 30 Meter bis zu einem schönen Strand und etwa 5 Gehminuten bis zur Hauptstraße mit einigen Restaurants

Отличные виллы, на одном из лучших пляжей Самуи. Очень вкусные завтраки, не приходится рано вставать, его готовят под тебя. удобная постель. Есть кофе машина, мини кухня и холодильник. Стоит японский унитаз, который все сделает за вас. Небольшой минус, наша вилла была не отделена от другой, на улице есть джакузи, тоже общее, это не очень комфортно. Мини изгородь я бы сделала. И унитаз издаёт писк, который может мешать по ночам.

Die Anlage ist wunderschön, die Zimmer ein Traum. Einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Das Frühstück ist inklusive und sehr gut. Der schöne Strand ist in unmittelbarer Nähe zu allen Unterkünften. Die Hauptstraße, mit ihren vielen Restaurants, Geschäften und Clubs scheint meilenweit entfernt, keine Geräusche sind im Zimmer zu hören. Man hört lediglich hin und wieder ein Flugzeug, aber auch das ist im Zimmer nicht störend…und sonst auch nicht wirklich. Also der perfekte Ort für Ruhe, Entspannung, Shopping etc.

tres bel endroit pour des vacances paisibles , un accueil chaleureux, le personnel toujours souriant et attentionné. c est proche de quelques excursions. la chambre très vaste et confortable. tout était parfait. merci à The Siam Residence.

Einfach alles war perfekt. Die Unterkunft, der Pool, das Frühstücksbüffet: ein absoluter Traum. Unmittelbare Strandnähe, sehr freundliches Personal und eine perfekte Massage im Spa.

I was very positively surprised by the villa, the very good location and the ambience of the outdoor area. The furnishings are a little dated, but everything was clean. There were really good restaurants serving Thai food just 3 minutes away. The super friendly manager Maria helped quickly and easily if there was a problem. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Die Einrichtung ist zwar etwas veraltet, aber alles war sauber. Nur 3 Minuten entfernt gab es richtig gute Restaurants mit Thai-Essen. Die super freundliche Managerin Maria half schnell und unkompliziert, wenn es ein Problem gab. Das Personal ist freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Ich kann diese Villa nur empfehlen. Danke Maria!
