The amenities, bedding and garden were assets for our stay. In short, everything comes together for a great time. In short, we recommend it 200%.

Very nice cottage, very friendly host and easy communication. We were there for work, but it's a lovely place to enjoy a family vacation, in a very peaceful place. Thanks to François and Liao for the small touch (Mojito tray☺️). Very well decorated house, games, reading, record player, paintings and musical instruments.

We stayed as a family with 2 teenagers in Magali's home. Very clean, beautiful decoration, the environment is beautiful with a huge garden very well maintained. Magali has always been very responsive, if you want a peaceful place in the countryside, it's ideal. We were able to go to futuroscope (40 min drive) We recommend

Very nice welcome from Christine who, having been unable to make herself available to welcome us, had prepared the stove: all that was left was to light the match! The accommodation is clean, functional, warm and spacious: perfect for taking a break, whatever the weather. We also took advantage of our stay at Christine's to go to Puy du Fou, located 25 minutes from the accommodation. The exchanges with Christine are warm and jovial, thanks again for everything!

The accommodation was as described, very clean, well-equipped and above all… the jacuzzi was a real plus, perfect for relaxing. A real little piece of heaven! Great stay on an extended romantic weekend. Ultra-detailed instructions allow for a peaceful check-in. The exchanges have always been kind and courteous. The terrace is an undeniable plus, and again, we didn't take the spa option. The rental is very well located, a bus station nearby to enjoy downtown La Rochelle (difficult to access by car). A very good experience, I recommend it 👍

Beautiful, very comfortable apartment, on the ground floor with a small garden, quiet and very well-equipped. Bed linen and towels, cleaning included Essential products provided (salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, a few coffee pods for the Senseo, dishwasher capsules) Private parking space right in front of the apartment. Auchan supermarket 4 km away. I highly recommend this apartment for your visit to the Futuroscope. Located 45 minutes (80 km) from the Marais Poitevin nature park to unwind. 30 km from the beautiful little town of Chauvigny with its castles and its show "the giants of the sky". Please note, everything is closed on Mondays.

Ultra clean, very functional, well-equipped accommodation in a beautiful village with everything nearby, convenient when returning from Puy du Fou Park so you don't have to take the car to eat. Host to recommend who is super responsive.

We had a lovely stay at David's apartment. Bright, very quiet, pleasantly decorated and located in the friendly neighborhood of Port Boinot, close to the city center, the apartment is perfect for a multi-day stay for two people. David was responsive and very accommodating for check-in and checkout times. A nice touch: a broyé du Poitou (local cake) as a welcome gift.

I often come to Niort and I have just discovered a gem. A quiet place but close to downtown and its liveliness. A very well-maintained house but also very cozy. A small, very pleasant and perfectly arranged terrace. Really good value for the money. A very responsive and warm host. I'd recommend it without a second thought
