L'Etang Neuf is located in the heart of the Vendée countryside, just 10 minutes from the famous Puy du Fou, 1 hour from the Vendée beaches, 1.5 hours from the Futuroscope, 15 minutes from Poupet, 1 hour from Nantes and Angers. We acquired this beautiful property in July 2024. You will enjoy the beautiful setting and tranquility of the place by strolling near the pond or relaxing by the pool. Our house is located in the village and we share the premises (swimming pool and green spaces).

Isa will warmly welcome you to the farm 15 km from Puy du Fou. For one night or a few days, alone, as a couple or with family. 2 double attic bedrooms on the second floor of the house, each furnished to accommodate two people, with shower room and toilet shared by the two bedrooms and a quadruple bedroom for 4 people with bathroom included. All bedrooms come equipped with Wi-Fi. Non-smoking room. No pets allowed in the rooms

We welcome you in a spacious, quiet room, located in the basement of our detached house with garden, in a village of the bocage, near Le Puy du Fou (20 km), the Parc Oriental, the town of Mauléon (4 km) city of character, the Poupet festival and 1 hour 10 minutes from the Ocean. Breakfast is offered for bookings of 2 nights minimum; it is an optional paid extra for 1 night. We're working hard to make our guests feel welcome.

You'll be charmed by this adorable place to stay. It was created in an outbuilding adjoining our completely renovated house, quiet with private entrance. In the heart of a small village, 9 km from shops and the entrance to the A10 and A83 highways. Our region offers multiple sites to see (tumulus, silver mine, Poitevin marsh).

You will stay in a former wine castle, you will sleep in the "Studio" equipped with a 180 cm double bed. The Studio is equipped with a microwave, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, stove, barbecue. Guests can enjoy the heated swimming pool in season and the tennis court. A wooded park is also available for guests to relax.
