Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Châteauneuf-sur-Charente

Our stay went very well, The place is easy to access and hosts remain very responsive. The instructions were clear and small bonus, we were greeted with small cakes that delighted us as well as coffee and laundry. In terms of cleanliness, nothing to say, it was nice! Thanks to Myriam and Séverin for this welcome and for allowing us to have a wonderful time in Angouleme.

Place was lovely and quiet, family really enjoyed pool was great with a stunning view, the host was great, the only downside was the potential of cleaning fees at the end which isn’t clearly described when booking. I would stay here again.

We enjoyed a wonderful short stay at Sophie’s very comfortable cottage. It was lovely to walk the dogs through the vineyards and the area is very pretty. The cottage was very comfortable, one of the best beds we’ve slept on, and it was very cosy with the open fire lit. Great TV and fast wifi and we really relaxed here. We had a lovely stay in Marie Line's house. We particularly appreciated the quality of the welcome, and the large garden with the sheltered garden furniture. The house is very spacious, and the bedding is of very good quality in all rooms.

We had an absolutely wonderful two week stay in this charming barn in the French countryside. The house was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The setting was peaceful and picturesque, perfect for a relaxing getaway. Our boys especially loved the pool, spending hours splashing around and having fun. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a serene escape, and we would love to return in the future!

Veronique's house, situated in the small village of Montagrier, is beautifully decorated, very comfortable and is well kitted out. As we were only two people, some of the house was shut off, but it's huge and we had masses of space. We didn't make use of the swimming pool or garden as the weather was just turning during our week there, mid-September, but we did enjoy sitting out on the terrace for breakfast. Veronique was quick to answer any queries we had before our stay, and Jemma, her concierge, was there to greet us, show us around when we arrived, and available if we needed anything. This is a beautiful part of France (I spent my childhood here and love it), but it's worth noting that from September, local activities like bike hire, guided walks, canoeing etc, are all closed until next summer and restaurants - particularly the one in Montagrier near the house, are offering limited service. Nevertheless we had a great time and Veronique's house is a lovely place to stay.

Small but well-equipped space. The proximity to the center of Jonzac and, the garden and the Seugne were very pleasant.

The location is perfect. Just off the central square with commanding views over the town. The apartment is homely and clean with welcoming touches of milk and beer to greet us. Bathrooms and bedroom were a great size and perfectly equipped and the views are spectacular. It felt very safe and homely with everything we needed. Thank you so much. Will come to stay again.

We went to Cognac for the Blues Passion festival. The accommodation is ideal, central and close to everything (shops, public garden, restaurants, bakeries...). Ludovic welcomed us in person, very friendly and gave good advice. The accommodation is very convenient, clean, very well equipped, very personal where you feel at home. Excellent bedding. comfort. No complaints. Very convenient private parking to leave the car for the duration of the stay. Thanks Ludovic for everything!!!!
