Pleasant week spent in this cozy little home in the heart of St Martin. Quiet and relaxing place. We had a great time with our 2 year old boy. We recommend this cocooning place!

We had a wonderful stay at this charming cottage! The location is really fantastic – once you cross the promenade, you are right on the beach. You can start walks from there and see the sunset in the evening. The house itself is practically furnished. The two terraces, one to the front and one to the back, are great. However, a small downside is the division of the rooms: the toilet is on the ground floor, while the bedrooms are on the upper floor. This can be a bit impractical at night, especially for families with small children or for people with limited mobility. Overall, however, a really great holiday home that we would like to recommend – and will certainly visit again!

Beautiful apartment. Well located close to shops and restaurants in La Couarde. The amenities are in good condition and the apartment is very clean. Access is very easy thanks to Nicolas' simple and very clear instructions.

We had a great time at Matthieu and Christophe's. The house is perfect for a stay with family (we have babies and there was everything you needed and of great quality🙏) or with friends! The house is very well equipped, tastefully decorated, very clean. The patio is a real asset. Matthieu and Christophe are very nice and attentive. 🤩 Anyway, we recommend it ++ Our only small downside is the lack of shops within walking distance but by bike and car it's perfect! And the accommodation is convenient for going to La Rochelle or Ile de Ré for example and you can find oyster farmers close to the house!

The accommodation is conveniently located 50 meters on foot from the beach. Parking is paid and there is very little space available in the area but you can find free parking less than 1 km away. Close to the Arago market, supermarket and other shops, you can easily do without the car and do everything on foot.

The accommodation was more than as advertised, very clean, well-equipped and perfectly located. We particularly appreciated the calm, the neat decoration, and the warm welcome. Special mention for the little touches upon arrival. We highly recommend this place and will be back with pleasure!

Great stay in this very nice and functional accommodation! Everything is well thought out for comfort, with really comfortable bedding. The neighborhood is quiet, shops are nearby, and the beach is just a 20-minute walk away. It immediately felt good. I recommend it without hesitating!

We had a great time at Valerie's place; quiet location perfect for discovering the Sables, neat decor, perfect home amenities and incredible small outdoor area for lunch in the sun.
