Clean, cozy and perfect accommodation for a weekend with friends, close to the village of Vendée Globe as well as the city center of Les Sables. Eric and Florence are friendly and responsive hosts. I would recommend it in a second.

We had a lovely stay at the listing as described. Joël is a host attentive to the well-being of his guests, the accommodation is quiet and impeccable! The little extra, the "private garden" aspect with the garden table, a little happiness with the weather that was finally kind to us!

We were very well hosted by Jacques, a very friendly host. The accommodation met all of our expectations. Ideally located, 200 m from the beach, shops nearby. A very nice stay in Julie's house with the necessary comfort. We particularly appreciated the calm and the terrace. A few amenities nearby and the city center is a short drive away. Thank you Julie for your responsiveness and flexibility.

Large, comfortable and quiet, the accommodation is both pleasant and functional. We enjoyed the pets, including the turtle!

A few days with family, the 3 children slept upstairs each in their bed and the parents' room downstairs was comfortable! We had my parents over for lunch so the living room was sufficient for 4 adults and 3 children. The accommodation is close to the train station to come by train. We walk to the beach. Ideally located on a quiet street and parking is free. If we return to Les Sables, we'll come back here without a shadow of a doubt!

A perfect stay in Les Sables-d'Olonne! The small house located in La Chaume is a real cocoon, quiet, comfortable and ideally located to discover the neighborhood and enjoy the ocean. Everything was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and decorated with taste. We particularly enjoyed the charm of the house and the tranquility of the place. We enjoyed the accommodation with all the necessary comforts… ((different levels marked by a small step, to be noted for the elderly and very young children but without any difficulty) well proportioned and large enough to accommodate a family of 8 people including children, close to shops, restaurants …and the ocean A car can be parked in a garage attached to the house, but it is easy to find places around at least during the Christmas period. We had a lovely stay in Les Sables d 'olonne and in this charming little house. The house is tastefully decorated, it feels good very quickly. It is very well equipped and entrenched. Jehan makes all the instructions available on the use of his house with bcp of detail, which is easy to check in. Sheets and towels were provided, beds were made, which is very nice. Jehan is very responsive and attentive to his hosts, he really wants us to feel good about his place. The neighborhood is quiet, and bikes are a real plus to easily get to the embankment and visit the surroundings in a different way. a great experience! Thanks to him
