Villa vacation rentals in Château-d'Olonne, Les Sables-d'Olonne

Very well hosted by Aurélie, we stayed 1 week, as a couple with two children aged 3 and 5, the house was the ideal base for our family. Top location for visiting and exploring the whole region on some days and for quieter days, no need to move around because the beach is quickly accessible on foot, nice garden for meals and barbecue. we recommend this place!

A charming house, extremely well-equipped and very clean with amazing views of the sea and the beach at the foot of the property. Sylvie, a host we unfortunately couldn't meet but super responsive to every message. We were so charmed by the place that we immediately booked for next year. Very pleasant stay at Peter's house. The children enjoyed the pool and we spent wonderful evenings cooking and dining together. Just minutes from the beautiful Terrière beach! And finally, the icing on the cake: 9 bikes available and in good condition!

We had a pleasant stay in Brem sur Mer. The accommodation was perfect (well-equipped and nicely decorated). Accessible bike paths for family rides, along the sea or in the forest. We were also close to "Les Crins de l'Auzance" for horseback riding and pony rides for the kids.

We had an absolutely wonderful family stay at Villa Singapour. The house is not only beautiful but also perfectly appointed, with a lovely living room and inviting indoor and outdoor dining areas. Each bedroom boasts its own unique style and offers perfect comfort. The pool is a fantastic addition and was well utilised by the kids. The villa's location is ideal, just a short and easy walk to Bois-Plage-en-Ré and its delightful indoor and outdoor markets. François and his team are exceptionally professional and helpful, ensuring everything runs smoothly and went over and above for us. Villa Singapour is truly a special place, and we look forward to returning next year.

Beautiful home in Loix. Walkable to town center for the market, restaurants. Loix is quiet and peaceful and the busier villages are easily accessible by bicycle. Pool is lovely. Would happily stay again!

The house is pretty and modern. Everything is well thought out. The equipment is very complete. Ideal for 2 couples because 2 separate night spaces. Located 2 steps from the port and the city center. We'll be back.

The house is large, warm and comfortable. Everything is within walking distance (access to the sea, playground, shopping street, restaurants). Laurence is very responsive and welcoming. A property to recommend!

We just had a very successful stay in this very pretty house in Portes en Ré. We were 9 adults and 2 children (ages 7 and 8). The house is furnished with great comfort and high-quality services. We loved cooking in its beautiful, ultra-functional open space for the 11 of us. Lots of space towards very comfortable rooms well equipped with bathrooms. And especially an independent space for us parents who invite our children. Another summer dining room with large plancha and of course the beautiful heated pool in the very pretty garden with designer furniture. Finally, the children were able to enjoy the pétanque and the basketball court when returning from their walks. The joy of being with family in this great house.

The place is great for spending time with family or friends. The location is great with a superb sea view. Everything is done on foot, shops, restaurants, markets… thank you for hosting us.

The house is as described, well arranged, clean, spacious for our 4 families with children, the kitchen is very well equipped, it is located 5 min walk from the beach and ten minutes from the small city center. Three quick notes though: - optional sheets/towels (certainly indicated in the listing description but I think that given the rental price it should not be an option) - a little more annoying: there are no basic groceries (oil, salt, pepper, dishwasher product,...) or basic hygiene (toilet paper, soap, washing machine product, garbage bag,...). Not practical and conducive to waste. - finally, the cleaning is not included (also mentioned in the description), surely to raise awareness among tenants but to be taken into account especially if the keys have to be returned at 10 a.m.!

We had a lovely stay with family in this villa, welcoming with its refined decoration, beautiful garden and beautiful size swimming pool. The plancha and the sheltered terrace are ideal for summer meals.

Beautiful, large, well laid out and tastefully decorated house. Terrace with a very pleasant reclosable pool. Close to the center of Ars. We had a great week there with 9 people.

The villa is superb and is very well-equipped! The terrace with the pool is super nice. The villa is a short walk to the beach and is located in a quiet area close to all amenities. We had a great weekend with our family! Laetitia is a superb host and I would 100% recommend this villa!

Gaspard and his partner's place is amazing. It matches the photos and listing description in every way. We were 12 friends and we didn't miss anything. The accommodation is very well equipped. The pool heated to 28° is the cherry on top, we enjoyed it all weekend. Gaspard was very responsive during our exchanges and very pleasant at checkout. Elodie was very nice and accommodating when we arrived. She also took the time to give us good recommendations in the area. I can only recommend these hosts and their accommodation with high quality services!

Amazing stay at Lynda's! Everything was at the appointment either for adults (idleness) or for children (swimming pool, board games, foosball...) Extremely well located house, in a very peaceful area even if located near the Sables d 'Olonne. Host very available, responsive and full of good advice. Me who feared this region during the summer (full of tourists) I changed my mind and want to come back very soon!
