Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Chapel Saint Leonards

Debra's place is well located in a quiet neighbourhood. The house is functional and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is filled with all cutlery, utensils so you can easily cook food there. The fridge is of good size! The garden is also of large size and we spotted little bunnies there. The children were thrilled! The rooms are of good size and have nice linen. Debra was very responsive and provided all clear instructions for a flexible check-in. We recommend this place for friends and families.

Great stay the last few nights. The place was spotlessly clean, well equipped and had some nice touches. The kitchen equipped was spectacular compared to others we have stayed in. We are looking to book again next year as it was so quiet and peaceful. Thank you for having us.

We had a lovely stay here with my family (8 adults/4 couples, 1 toddler & 2 dogs - there was an extra fee for the second dog). It was spacious and very clean and tidy, with a lovely large dining table and comfortable sofas. Each couple had their own room and bathroom, with more space than we needed. The kitchen was well equipped and includes children’s plates and a high chair. Very close to the seafront and town, easy to park on the street. We are hoping to visit again next year!

Alison's house was perfect for us. It was well kitted out, the beds were comfy and the whole place was squeaky clean. It was great that we were able to check in early. All in all a great place to stay 🙂

This is such a beautiful property which is kept to a great standard. The veranda overlooks a beautiful garden and is so peaceful. The beds are really comfy, kitchen is really well equipped and the bathroom has powerful hot shower. The hosts were really friendly and easy to contact. If you stay here the Chequers pub nearby is definitely worth a visit, great food and cocktails! Cannot fault this property or the hosts and would love to stay again!

What a lovely stay! What made it even more special were the lovely touches made my our hosts Simon and Roz! With a lovely cake and bottle of Prosecco on arrival- we couldn’t have asked for a more wonderful stay! Location was perfect, walking distance to the local supermarket and the pier. The 3 days went by in minutes! Would definitely visit again and recommend to all ☺️

This was a great place to stay, it was walking distance to our location and close to centre of Lincoln. The property was exactly as described. It’s in a built up residential area but it’s nice and quiet.

Margaret has literally thought of everything you could possibly need and I’m sure that if you needed anything extra she would try her best to accommodate you. She is proactive and friendly but respectful of your privacy. The accommodation is wonderful, clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Can only reiterate previous reviews. The apartment is right in the middle of things, everything is a step away. The living room and main bedroom get traffic noise, but you soon get used to it and you are right in the middle of things. The weather was glorious and we spent quite a bit of time sitting in the garden, it's so peaceful there, you would not believe you are a stones throw from the high street. Wifi and TV are excellent. We didn't park the car on the driveway as my husband can't reverse to save his life. We parked in Sainsburys car park, which is only a 2 minute walk away, it is only £4.50 per 24 hours with Horizon parking app. Sleaford is a nice little town for a walk round and it's a good base for touring Lincoln, the Wolds etc. Peta is a very approachable and helpful host. All in all this is an excellent apartment and we would hope to book again in the future

Chose this place slightly randomly but am so pleased we did! Perfect location minutes from the castle and cathedral and lots of lovely places to eat with an amazing view. Had everything we needed and the bed in particular was exceptional- big, comfortable with lovely bed linen. Often that’s the bit that can let a place down but not in this property. Lincoln is a brilliant place for a weekend visit- so much to see and do. And our sons jumped on a train from London and joined us for the day too as an added bonus! We took the free walking tour which set us up well but I hadn’t imagined there’d be so many lovely shops and art galleries too. Plus live music and theatre and cinema and of course the beautiful music at the cathedral (I went to choral evensong) Thank you Valerie- will be recommending to everyone!

Had a wonderful couple of days at jimmy’s home. Beautiful Victorian spacious apartment, interior decor stunning, felt very at home. Beds comfortable. Ideal location near the train station and 2 mins to the beach. Jimmy was very communicative and messaged several times saying if we needed anything to reach out to him. Jimmy sent clear instructions for check in. Thank you for a lovely stay and the little treats were much appreciated. Would definitely stay again lovely host. Sandy and charlotte

A very nice flat in a quiet location. Clean, fresh and well equipped. Everything worked as expected. The internet was very stable and fast enough for my easy tasks such as reading documents and messaging. Would definitively stay again.

We had a great stay at Mark's place, excellent value for money and perfectly situated a very short walk from the beach, pier and arcades as well as being close to the Cleethorpes town centre. Mark was very communicative and was very helpful, providing extra bedding when we requested it on the same day. We would definitely recommend to friends/family and we will definitely be staying here again.

We had a lovely stay at The Annexe which is a nice secluded getaway from the busyness of life, even though you’re just off of an A-road. The Annexe is beautifully private and presented. It also has a secure garden making it perfect for a weekend getaway with your four legged friend, or even for a little longer. The apartment has everything you need in it, and is just a short drive to Skegness and other coastal towns. Glen and family are more than happy to help with anything that you need.

Had the most relaxing stay at this beautiful place, sad to he home. the apartment was lovely and very homely with everything you need and more, Its a nice short walk into the town centre, the area is so peaceful and calming and everyone is so friendly, lots of nice walks close by for the doggies. The hosts have put alot of effort into creating a welcome pack to help you get to know the area and what's close by. Thank you so much would 100% recommend

Another lovely few days in Woodhall Spa. A fabulous location right in the town near to everything you could need. The apartment is beautiful and fabulously quirky! And the treats left by Harriet make for a special break.

Aiden’s apartment was spotless, & like other visitors who stayed,lovely smell as you enter the front door. There is everything you need to eat in, if not there are places within mins away & a Tesco 2 mins away - walking I did contact Aidan & wow he was very quick at replying. Great place, you will not be disappointed, will defo return Oh & not to forget a bottle of wine was left - lovely though Thank you

Booked this for my mum who was happy with her stay. She struggled slightly with finding things at first but overall had a nice relaxing time.

Gorgeous place, well stocked kitchen, very clean and well maintained. Great location in the heart of Woodhall. Lovely private garden with plenty of sun! Easy parking. Would recommend and would definitely return.

Lovely flat well furnished and laid out. Everything you need for a stay to explore the area. Tesco Express next door, local amenities and places to eat close by, beach 20-30 minutes walk away and bus stop over the road. Would definitely stay again :)
