Vacation rentals with a home theater in Chao Phraya River

Decided to take a chance and stay here, and it was definitely a cozy, welcome space and would love to come back to stay again! It really feels like a second home. Location: It is within a 10-15 minute walk from On Nut BTS station (maybe even longer because there is a street full of food, a huge BigC mall - which has a food court, banks, fast food and essential shops located inside too), and the prices are affordable, food is amazing!! Room: Checking in was very simple and finding my room is easy - thanks to the help of Aliyak. The room is absolutely lovely. Clean, modern and hygienic. Amenities such as towels, kitchen tools, iron and cleaning equipment is definitely much appreciated. Pillows are super soft and air conditioning works great, quiet at night. Spacious closet space too. I can login to the wifi - which for the price, wifi speed is super fast and secure!! TV can connect to Netflix and YouTube too. Highly recommend to stay here, feels like your own home. Very memorable.

Joshua is a person who pays attention to details, you can tell by the care he takes in the apartment. The rules are few and clear, the result of common sense. I felt comfortable in the apartment and the only day I had a problem with the internet connection (which is very fast, in the range of 700mbps), Joshua solved it remotely in a few minutes! There are shopping malls and tons of places to eat. If you want to eat at home sometimes, the apartment is quite well equipped. I stayed for a month and it has all the basics you need for a long stay. The staff at the condo is very friendly too.

The swimming pool is not working due to the earthquake, the employees are cool, the hostess is helpful, the flat is good and clean. The location is a bit inconvenient, but close to mall

Very nice pool, good gym, and common space. Good view from balcony. Sun side, but conditioners work well. Interior cozy, especially carpets. Big convenient parking. 7-11 and coffee machines on first floor

This was great location for my first time in Bangkok- vibrant area with action every corner you took- very reasonable distance to all the historic sites downtown- Grab (Thai Uber) was very easy to use here- being high up made staying at room very quite and nice escape from chaos going on beneath- highly recommended

amazing, however please be aware of laws in the kingdom concerning air b n bs so that youre not blindsided...Gocce was very informative and was up front and knowledgeable about laws concerning condo rentals.. her place is amazing...phenomenal views

I’m truly grateful to have been hosted once again by Steve and his team. The entire experience was seamless and highly professional. The apartment was modern, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed in a minimalist retro style. It had everything needed for a longer stay, and if anything was missing, the team was quick to provide it. The apartment is located in a very modern condo complex in Thong Lo, which is so well-equipped—with its own supermarket, co-working space, two gyms, cinema, several pools, and more—that you hardly ever need to leave. The location right in the heart of Thong Lo, along with the free shuttle service to the BTS, is another big plus. All in all, the stay exceeded my expectations, and I would happily return anytime. The house is very clean and jist as described in the listing. There is ample space for the 7 of us to lounge, enjoy full group meals and rest. The air-conditioning, bathrooms, kitchen and washing machine all worked well and made us feel like staying at home. Gems and James were very helpful in fixing all the minor issues we encountered, from sending a plumber to replace the kitchen faucet, purchasing an additional hair dryer and toilet paper, bringing over a match for the kitchen stove, to helping check the shower heater & Netflix on the living room projector. The house is in a very inner area of Ekkamai so there was no noise pollution at all; just make sure to double confirm the pick-up and drop-off locations when booking Bolt / Grab because one road to the next is 3-5min drive. We visited right after the Songkran festival so it's the hottest time of the year - chose not to walk around at all!

I visited Bangkok with my co-workers. I've traveled to Bangkok several times, but I was a little worried because it was my first time using Airbnb... but when I entered the accommodation, all my worries disappeared. I was able to have a happy trip due to the clean room condition and space. I sincerely thank the host Eugene. I'll visit again if I get the chance later. Be happy

The home was lovely and very clean. We found it easy to get in touch with the host. They were always quick to respond when we had questions. Just a heads-up, the house has four levels. This wasn't obvious from the pictures and could be tricky for older visitors. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend this Airbnb to others.

We found this place very nice and conveniently located. Nam was responsive when needed. This place is located in the middle of Bangkok, so people who are sensitive to noise, take traffic jams.

We are a group of more than ten people traveling. During these few days, we all feel that the accommodation environment is comfortable. Each room has a different design style. Transportation is also convenient. The host responds to our questions very promptly. It is highly recommended for groups traveling with many people to choose this place.

If you’re looking for a place to stay in Bangkok and you’re 3-4 people this is the best place! Its spacious and it has 2 bathrooms which is the best! The neighborhood is quiet and there’s a 7/11 on the ground floor where you can buy food. It’s quite far to the city centre and other tourist attraction but no worries since you can just book Bolt. You can just divide the fare if you’re in the group. There’s a near MRT station if you wish to commute but really I highly recommend Bolt. Lek is an awesome host! Easy to communicate and is very generous coz he let us check out late. The best accommodation here in Bangkok!

Lalida's condo is very homey. Very happy. It's clean and has all the comforts. Two TVs, which gives me and my girlfriend a private space. Perfect for families, couples who want a condo with a large space. It's easy to get around. Not far from the skytrain and The Mall Bang Kapi. Would definitely stay again.

I had an amazing stay at Mike's condominium the apartment was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and enjoyed every moment. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a cozy and clean place to stay!

Our stay at Toshiaki’s penthouse was nothing short of incredible! The view from the penthouse was absolutely breathtaking, and the space itself was in pristine condition. Great space, had everything you need. Nice rooftop pool, with space to sit and relax. Very secure building. Close to BTS and loads of very cool local restaurants. Host was very attentive. It was perfect for us.

Had a great stay here. The hosts were super generous, attentive, and made everything easy with clear instructions and detailed rules. There’s a 7-11 and market just over a nearby overpass with some small shops too. The BTS is about an hour walk or you can take a shuttle. I felt safe every time I chose to walk. There's a great night market near Yaek Kor Por Aor station with inexpensive and tasty food and random finds. I chose this place for the price, location near a Muay Thai gym and access to the airport. Everything was clean and modern. Kitchen is small but worked fine, and the washer with drying rack was a big plus. The building wasn’t affected by the March 28th quake. The security guards were friendly, and there’s a Tao Bin drink machine and a small gym with basic equipment, a couple of standing bags and even a ring—tight space, but useful. The pool gets frequent use. A solid, quiet spot if you're not trying to be in the middle of the city. Would stay again!
