Morning Yoga in the Park
Our practice will take place in a quiet corner of Lumphini Park, right in the center of Bangkok. We will start the session with meditation and Pranayama (breathing exercises), moving on to asana flows.
During the retreat, we will be performing healing and strengthening exercises. Thanks to the small size of the class, the class can be tailored to individual needs and skills. Yogis of all levels are welcome to join! (The time of the yoga practice is approximately 90 minutes)
Yoga helps you learn about your body, how to fix posture, balance and pains, while making you stronger. It is not a competitive practice, and it should be lived as a tool for improving yourself inside and out.
Join the practice and experience the rejuvenating power of yoga!
Other things to note
Don't worry if you are a newbie or an advanced practitioner. We will adapt classes to the needs of participants. Please plan on being at least 5 minutes early to get set up for class. Please let me know if you have any injuries prior to practicing.

Yellow curry noodle? The spicier the better! The cake by master Pi is nice and fresh. Seasonal fruits are juicy and sweet. Chef Designed Bangkok Street Food Tour with Water Taxi
We'll kick off with one of our team of foodie guides on a boat ride down a 'khlong' to a hidden old town district rarely visited by tourists. Get set for the best food tour in the city, designed by a chef.
We'll walk around the laid-back neighbourhood of Nang Loeng, where you're unlikely to see another tourist. Once the entertainment hub of the capital, with the remnants of a historic cinema, it's now one of the best places in old Bangkok to eat street food. We'll hop on a tuk-tuk to a historic food market to uncover what's been feeding locals-in-the-know since 1899.
Forget pad thai & green curry. We'll tuck into traditional and undiscovered Thai fare, such as crispy pancakes with seafood, roasted duck and pork belly, and crispy catfish salad. We'll chow down on Thai wrapped rarities such as mieng kam, delicious desserts - overall gorging on at least 15+ palette-teasing delicacies that you'll never find alone.
Skip breakfast before coming...and get ready, cos we can't wait to feed you!
(Sorry, this tour is not advised for vegetarians, pescatarians or those that don't eat any seafood/shellfish, as you'll have to miss several dishes. Gluten can be present in soy sauce and a few foods. Alternative dishes are not always possible due to the nature of street food vendors only serving one type of dish. For any food allergies, please message us before booking).

Historical City of Ayutthaya - Unesco Full Day Tour
In the morning we leave from the meeting point in Bangkok to the former capital Ayutthaya.
Ayutthaya, a kingdom that existed from 1350 to 1767, is a fantastic destination for culture lovers. During these four centuries, the country grew into the nation of Siam (the former name of Thailand), which roughly occupied the territory of modern Thailand, with the exception of the Lanna kingdom in northern Thailand.
Ayutthaya was favorable to foreign merchants, first Chinese, Indians, Japanese and Persians, later Portuguese, Spaniards, Dutch (the Dutch East India Company), British and French, and allowed them to build settlements outside the city walls.
At its peak, Ayutthaya had over a million inhabitants and the ambassadors of King Louis XIV of France compared the city in size and wealth to Paris.
The kingdom came to its final end in 1767, when the Burmese army invaded the country, burnt Ayutthaya to the ground and forced the inhabitants to abandon the city.
Since 1991, Ayutthaya has been a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Visit the Royal Summer Palace Bang Pa-In and the most famous and stunning temples ruins in this once mighty city, like Wat Yai Chai Mongkhon, Wat Mahathat, Vihara Phra Mongkhon Bophit, Wat Phra Si Sanphet and Wat Chaiwatthanaram.

Chef Designed Bangkok Backstreets Food Tour
This four-hour journey weaves through the backstreets and alleys of Old Bangkok to street vendors and eateries that have been serving hungry locals for years.
Being a chef, I've curated the tour with my team to visit some of the best street spots in Yaowarat, places I visited with my father decades ago and you'd struggle to find alone. Now join my team of passionate co-hosts to show you Bangkok's eating culture, its history and, most importantly, the food heroes who have dedicated their lives to cooking on the streets.
There’s no doubt about it – you’ll most certainly eat well on our small-group tour that’s limited to just eight exclusive guests. While we don’t want to spoil the surprises, some highlights of this 16+ taster menu include: working chopsticks over crispy chive dumplings with nam jim jaew sauce, mopping up rich satay with charcoal-grilled coconut chicken skewers and slurping up Michelin rated shrimp and pork dumplings.
Drooling? We hope so. Come join us!
