Great family stay in a characterful home. It's amazing, but we immediately felt at home. The place is great for a good time with friends and family. Great communication with Hélène. I recommend it. Small downside, we had to ask the residents to find the place but the people met seemed to be used to it:)

Maryline and Christian are hosts like I've rarely met. They are kind, generous and very respectful. The house is bigger than I expected and very well-equipped even for a long stay. This was my case and I did not miss anything, I was able to share, discover and enrich myself thanks to them while having my autonomy and my privacy. The environment is peaceful, quiet and pleasant. It's a total change of scenery but still close to Le Mans by car. I would recommend this place without hesitation and I will be back soon. Thanks to you Maryline and Christian.

Quiet and well-stocked house! We had a great time at Gerard's place. The greenhouse is a real plus in this unpredictable weather.

We had a lovely welcome from the owner. Really peaceful place. The wood stove warmed us up well. Our dog enjoyed the large enclosed yard. There is really everything you need in the house, nothing is missing. We really enjoyed our time at your place. Thanks for the little treats for our dog.

Very nice and pleasant apartment. Conveniently located, 2 minutes from the train station and next to the tram stop, we were able to get around with ease. Recommended!

Second stay, an absolute pleasure to stay in this space. Beautiful French home, unique and welcoming.

Two-week work stay. Reine is both welcoming and discreet, attentive but never intrusive. The environment is not extraordinary, the cottage is slightly out of the way, but the terrace is nice and you are a few minutes' walk from the banks of Sarthe and the city center on one side (local shops, train station), and a large shopping area on the other. I didn't have a vehicle and I never suffered from it. Would definitely stay again.

Great place for central Le Mans, easy walking or tram to get about.

We had a pleasant time for a weekend with friends, the house is perfect for hosting a group of friends or a large family. Heated pools, outdoor jaccuzi, layout suitable for a dozen. Fluid and clear exchange with owner.

We had a great time with friends during the 24 hours. Very quiet location. Our host is very nice and kind. I would this property.

The villa was even larger than we expected and although there were 20 of us all together it wasn’t crowded at all . The heated pool was excellent for all the children having a large flat shallow area at one end. Everything was thought of from washing machine to dishwashers and more crockery and kitchen equipment than you could use. Tiphanie was a great host and we all had a thoroughly good time and couldn’t recommend this villa enough

Christian’s place is a beautiful country home. Perfect for a family, a great place to relax and enjoy the countryside. The house has all the amenities you could need with excellent quality linens and furnishing. We enjoyed exploring the garden and dinner at nearby Chateau Le Grand Luce. Would definitely stay again!

Christophe is a great host who knows how to put you at ease, attentive and flexible on schedules. The house was clean and everything was as described. He even has at my request add a mattress for the arrival of my guests;) Very nice and well organized

The proposed house Virginia and Vincent is simply superb which really enjoyed it and allowed everyone to leave with great memories full of heads. Stéphanie's welcome and exit were perfect, he is a very welcoming person and really concerned about the comfort of the occupants. Perfect for large groups who want to decompress. I would highly recommend it and would be happy to come back. 😁

Our family of 14 had the most wonderful stay at Bertrand and Sandra’s beautiful house. We had everything we needed… and more! The pool was wonderful, we enjoyed relaxing in the hammocks, playing boules, volleyball, table football and lawn games. The piano was also great - our son very much enjoyed playing it! The beds were extremely comfortable and we appreciated all the small touches around the house - sharp knives, a well stocked spice drawer, excellent kitchen appliances, candles, kids toys and a beer cooler in the bar area. We enjoyed lovely days out to Le Mans historic city centre and L’Arche de la Nature park. There is lots to do in the area! We would 100% recommend a stay here for a perfect, relaxing family holiday. Thank you Bertrand and Sandra for being excellent hosts.
