I very much enjoyed my seven weeks in Richard’s condo. The place was comfy, and Richard was a very attentive host. He informed me how to get my TM30 form, and let me know where I could buy a SIM card nearby. There are many great restaurants and bars within walking distance, and the nearby Mae Kha Canal is a great place to go for a stroll in the evening. The building has a pool that doesn’t get much use, most of the time I used it I had the whole thing to myself. The fire escape on Richard’s floor has a great view of the mountains, and it’s a fantastic place to watch the sunset. The unit itself has a good view of the mountains on clear days, but unfortunately I was there during the smoky season. Thanks again, Richard!

Vora was a fantastic host—responsive, thoughtful, and always willing to help with any questions I had during my stay. She went above and beyond during the recent earthquake, staying attentive and doing her best to accommodate under unexpected circumstances. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and the perfect place to unwind after a long day exploring Chiang Mai. I especially appreciated the convenient on-site café, the beautiful gym and pool, and the attentive security team that made the building feel safe and welcoming. I’ll absolutely be returning and will recommend Vora’s place to all my friends.

It was just so aesthetic, perfect for girls & couples. The bathroom was spacious & clean. All the kitchen equipments were right there. As I am a pure vegetarian, I had to make everything at home. Got everything I needed. Everything was perfect. The pool was so long & scenic, a perfect place to relax & see the sunset. Would just recommend to have an option to change towels & provide water for everyday because all the airbnb’s I went in bali & thailand had this option. The balcony wad perfect too. Loved the place, would definitely come again & recommend my friends too.
