This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

The studio with its own entrance is located on the ground floor of our family house in a very quiet neighbourhood about 8 minutes walk from the railway station/city center. The centrally located „Sunshine town " Sierre is the starting point for summer and winter sports lovers. Nice 36 m2 apartment tastefully renovated in a quiet residence near the center of Chandolin. Located on the top floor, without elevator access, this 2-room attic is ideal for 2 (to 4) people. The balcony offers a splendid view of the Val d'Anniviers; located south-facing, it will allow you to enjoy the sun all day! A private garage is available in the residence. From Chandolin, many hiking and mountain bike trails will allow you to reach the peaks of Val d'Anniviers.

From June to October, 2 "Anniviers Passes" are available in the apartment and give you free or 50% access to many amenities > Anniviers Ski Lifts, Swimming Pools, Tennis, Minigolf, Cultural Visit, Post Buses... (see website).

Outside, the terrace and views await. An outdoor dining table, hammock and fire bowl invite you to relax. Close access to Gemmi & Torrant cable cars and thermal baths.

Reservation conditions The price of the rental is without cleaning. We must specify if you want to do the cleaning yourself or if we must order you a final cleaning for an additional fee (100.-). Bed and bath linen on request, charged at CHF 35 per person. (or with set-up 45.- pp) Tourist taxes included in the rental price. From June to October 2 Anniviers pass for free.

Your vacation in the mountains! Cozy studio (max 2 people) for rent for a stay or vacation in the mountains in peace and in the great outdoors. Newly built in 2022, it is located at 1740 m, on a sunny balcony on the right bank of the Val d'Anniviers, on the heights of St-Luc, from where you can enjoy a splendid view of many of the Alpine peaks.
