Condo vacation rentals in Champs-sur-Marne

15 minutes from Parc Astérix where we were and 25 minutes from the museum that we had to visit, what more could you ask for... superb clean apartment, well arranged and complete. We arrived late because we came back from Parc Astérix but arrived independently, the best! The people were very responsive to communication and very welcoming! On a very hot day at 11 p.m. in the evening when we sent a message that we had arrived, they brought us fans. Very good stay, we recommend without any problems!!

Apartment that meets expectations and photos. Excellent quality of furnishings and cleanliness. Great location and in a quiet area close to the shopping center, restaurants and Disneyland. The only problem encountered was the non-functioning shutter and the lack of another window in the living area with curtains that did not darken well, which made it difficult to sleep at night. Overall good apartment.

Antoine was very helpful in setting us up for our stay. The apartment is clean, and beautifully decorated, with a lot of techy equipment. The apartment had all the amenities and utensils we needed.

Amazing place. Location 10, very well conected with public transport, 5 mins from Disneyland park on Bus and very safe zone (Magny le Hongre) to be in family. The condo is so clean and complete for 5-7 persons. Exactly like pictures. Nizar is a great host, very kind and respectful with us. 10/10 option in Paris.

We had a wonderful time and found the accomodation quite comfortable.

Super location for Disney within walking distance and bus stop close by, shopping centre and restaurant 5 mins away with a great choice for adults and kids. Neighbourhood quiet and peaceful and everything we needed for the 4 days stay

I stayed for a day at Yves' apartment, which is an 8-minute walk from Lyon Station, because I had an early train booked from Paris Lyon Station. The apartment was clean, and the bedding was especially cozy, so I rested comfortably. Host Yves is very friendly and welcoming! Even though it was late, he even came out to the entrance to greet me when I was lost at the entrance. Thank you again. I highly recommend Yves's apartment to those who have booked a train from Lyon Station in the early hours!

Nice appartement close to Disneyland

The apartment was as expected and perfectly meet our needs. The location was amazing near the town square with lots of cute shops and restaurants! Gérald was super responsive and accommodating as our original plans got messed up. Much appreciation to Gérald!

I've only used hotels in the Billancourt area, and this time I used Gary's house for the first time. The indoor atmosphere was very clean, and it was a spacious enough house for 2 people. Gary was kind enough to greet us late at night. I would like to use it again next time. Thank you.

Outstanding Airbnb. Such a great neighborhood. Devika who hosted is fantastic and responsive. Met us there. Texts back right away. Solves problems. Very charming home. It’s small ish so be prepared. There’s just one toilet which is a fact we missed. Tight quarters all around. But as long as you go in knowing that it’s fantastic. We were there as a couple with our son and nanny so a bit tight. Maybe easier for 2 adults than 3 - maybe a couple and a kid or one couple or two adults in separate beds. Kitchen is very well appointed. It’s super clean. It feels like borrowing a home from close friends but with actual closet space. Highly recommend!!

This is a very cozy apartment in a historic building at the top of a narrow 6-story staircase. It has two comfy bedrooms and a living space with a good kitchen. The location is spectacular, including short walks to great bistros, restaurants, shopping, and tourist sites. We took a stroll from the apartment down to the Seine and the Luxembourg Gardens with our 3-year-old and it was wonderful. Please be aware that this stay is not suitable for anyone with mobility issues--it requires carrying any luggage up several flights of stairs to the place and the bedrooms are in a loft at the top of a narrow, steep ladder/staircase within the apartment.

This stay at Marie's was perfect! The apartment is bright and peaceful with everything you need to be comfortable. The neighborhood is really nice and a few steps from the Palais des Congrès. I highly recommend it!

The apartment was very comfortable and was also in a great area of Paris. Such easy access to grocery stores and bakeries many recommended by the host too. Views are amazing and a very well appointed kitchen. Our host also was very accommodating with us when timing and plans changed and assisted us with holding our luggage in the apartment on our day of departure. Made our stay in Paris super comfortable with enough room for the whole family.

The apartment was fully equipped with ultra modern facilities esp. the kitchen and washrooms. The Kitchen is fully equip. with coffee machine, induction wd 4 flame, dishwasher, double door, refrigerator fine dinning cutlery and serving plates etc. of all superior n high grade quality. The washrooms were clean and all required amenities like soaps, shampoo, towels, even a toothpaste, though we were carrying ours. The clear view of Eiffel tower from the balcony of the apartment. Also its Balcony is quite spacious and has an awesome view of the Paris city including Eiffel Tower. The location is apt and quite railway station, 20-30 minutes taxi drive to Eiffel tower or central city, shop n store are nearby. Would recommend to stay for at least couple of days.

Sora was a fantastic host. Our apartment has wonderful views and is a very comfortable place for a weeklong stay. When we first walked in, (coming from the US) it felt a little small. But we quickly realized that everything was organized so well that it was very comfortable for our visit. She has everything that you might need – a very functional washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc. Very nice little espresso machine, and even an orange juicer. The views of the Eiffel Tower are as spectacular as the photos suggest. Everything was very clean and modern. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony for both breakfast and dinner on multiple days. We would definitely stay here again.

Chic and very clean accommodation. Amazing bedding I was able to enjoy the outdoors which is great (garden furniture…). Point of vigilance on steep stairs to go up to the bedroom. Breakfast included with a jam roll as a nice touch. I highly recommend it.

Olivier's place was beyond our expectations! The pictures do not do the views justice. The unit is perfectly furnished with all the necessities and more. It was absolutely breathtaking to be able to watch the Eiffel Tower glisten at night from the living room. We looked forward to coming back to his place each night to just unwind and relax from the day. It is close to a mall for lots of shopping and we loved roaming around the neighborhood in the mornings. There is also a nice park close by to enjoy! Olivier's is quick at responding and went above and beyond to provide thorough instructions and recommendations of the area. We highly recommend his place and hope to return again in the near future!

Nandas place was wonderfully situated just a few blocks off of Eiffel Tower Park. The entire apartment was spotless. Of note for people traveling from the states, there is no central air condition, but each room has big wide windows that open to allow fresh air to come in and it was wonderful to feel the breeze. We never got overly hot. Nanda was so kind and helpful. Clear instructions throughout the apartment, and great recommendations! We went to Le Suffren the first night and it was one of our favorite meals! She had a baby cot for my little one too. I can not recommend this place enough! The location was amazing. The host was fantastic. And there is nothing quite like sipping wine, winding down from a long travel day while watching the twinkling Eiffel Tower.
