The place is in the center, for a less than a minute you can find restaurants, shops, bars. The bus station is only 20m from the apartnent, we did not use as the Cervinia lift was only 10-13min drive. The area is great, friendly people, lots to do. I would definitely recommend the place. Everything is as described.

We arrived at Roberto's wonderful property, being met by Andrea, who spoke perfect English, to gain easy access. Booking, and subsequent communication with Andrea/Roberto, were straight forward. This was the beginning of a fabulous holiday in the Alps. The property was clean, HUGE, traditional, well located and immaculately presented. Our children revelled in the outdoor spaces. A 15 min drive (car essential) to the supermarket and local shops, were everything Italian could be had. An excellent stay for us. Villa Giò was a peaceful oasis with plenty of privacy. We keep the garden and pool all to ourselves. It was fantastically beautiful. The house offers every comfort if not luxury. We were spoiled by the owner and thank you very much for the hospitality.

A great place to stay with a very nice garden and great views across the valley. It has everything you need. A bus stop is also not far away (about 7 minutes on foot). Highly recommended for a few days in the Aosta Valley.

Our stay over New Year's Eve with Jess and Erik was just perfect! The house is not only beautiful, but also extremely spacious – ideal for our group of 17 people. Each had enough space, and the facility left nothing to be desired. The kitchen is excellently equipped, the beds incredibly comfortable, and the common area offers enough space to get together and still not be cramped. Jess and Erik are amazing hosts! They were always available, incredibly friendly and made us feel completely comfortable. It was noticeable with how much love they decorated their house. We would love to come back – it was really the perfect place to celebrate the new year. Thank you for everything, Jess and Erik!”

Single house on two floors with large fenced garden perfect for our dogs who were traveling with us. Host always available and very kind. A 10-minute drive to Aosta, a very convenient location to get around within the beautiful Valle D'Aosta region! We can't wait to go back! Thanks Danielle.

The location is quite hard to find but it's a great place to stop if you're coming from Turin going to Aosta Valley. Very comfy and cosy place

Great stay. The chalet is very well located with a beautiful view. Great bedding and very clean. Parking spaces 50 m away and the chalet is very easily accessible by car. Matches the photos. I would highly recommend it Very exotic stay.

Great place to stay when you want to visit more facilities between Cervinia, Valtournanche and Torgnon. Highly recommended, great value for money and Daniela is very kind and responsive.

We are satisfied with the accommodation and the amenities, in line with our expectations. Adriano was kind enough to anticipate check-in and Vivien suggested activities in the area according to our needs. The house is very welcoming. The heating worked well. Value for money the best deal you can find. 40 min drive up to Pila itself or 15 min ride to the gondola in Aosta. Very quiet and beautiful location. Older house but has everything you need and great for a group or big family.

Very nice and comfortable house. Beautifully restored with lovely Italian furniture and all the amenities. Great kitchen. 2 nice porches, one with a beautiful lake view. Cristian's father was extremely helpful and friendly. We stayed in the autumn - off season and it was ideally peaceful. Highly recommended.

Fantastic chalet, which features every type of service and amenity, located in an equally fantastic place. Very kind owners and exhaustive with every question. Ideal place for those who go skiing, but also for those who want to spend time in the midst of breathtaking landscapes, together with their loved ones. I personally chose this place for its strategic location, close to the Cervinia/Zermatt and Courmayeur compressors. We'll most likely be back, recommended to anyone.

The apartment is so gorgeous! The views are amazing, it was so warm and cosy and well equipped. The location is great, just a short drive from Champouluc where all the stores and restaurants are located. It was so nice to be a little way outside of town so we could really enjoy the views. Vera provided very clear instructions for finding the apartment which were really helpful! She was very responsive when we had questions, and overall made the stay such a delight. We would love to return. Highly recommend.

We thank Mario for hosting us, for his kindness and for his benevolence. very discreet and attentive but always present if needed. The accommodation is in all respects as described and as expected. the garden and its tranquility are a big plus. We had a great time and enjoyed the region, lakes, hikes, towns and other castles, returning to a quiet and cool place every evening. We would happily stay again.
