Vacation rentals with breakfast in Champagne-au-Mont-d'Or

The house is very nice and welcoming, with all the equipment and amenities available. We did not meet Catherine physically but we talked on the phone to find the house and get in, all without a problem. There are many mosquitoes (in the area) and Catherine has left spirals and preventive and soothing sprays, which is very nice. In short, we had a good stay.

We were 4 adults and 5 children, despite an unfavorable time, everyone had fun and we were able to make the most of the pool, there are plenty of games for children in the house as in the garden. The living space is large, the rooms very well decorated and the beds really comfortable!! The +; Christmas Mayor is very generous in her hospitality, at her place you will not miss anything! I recommend++

We are really delighted to have spent this weekend at Guy's for our congress at Eurexpo. The accommodation is perfect, good location and the welcome also with nice touches, fruits and local products, especially for breakfast ... I highly recommend it and we'll be back with pleasure to enjoy it more.

Very friendly hosts. Great house and pool. It wasn't as easy to get in to Lyon as hoped for the rugby world cup but we did have two small children.

Marie-Aude’s place was one of the highlights of our trip! It was close to many of the things we were interested in and the view was so beautiful. Watching people and the vibrant city from above. Marie-Aude & Jean Baptiste were informative and the place was well appointed with everything we needed. Very close to groceries, restaurants and sites. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there.

This is a beautiful example of fin de siècle architecture in France that you can experience for yourself. It is immediately adjacent to the Rhone and the Presque Isle beyond it, as well as the business center of the city in the other direction. It is a large and comfortable apartment, even for two couples. There are two flights of stairs to reach it, but there is a quick and silent elevator available. We very much enjoyed our stay. It is slightly misleading to say there are two and a half baths, though -- there is one separate toilet without windows or venting; one bathroom with a shower and no window; one bathroom en suite with a bathtub (but no hot water to its sink) and a window. Given the age of the building it is understandable why it was made this way, and it is all very workable. The apartment is next door to the neighborhood fire station, which turned out to be less noisy that you might think, unless they are demonstrating about their wages...still, a great stay.

Sebastien's place was very convenient: close to the train station, well arranged and with all the useful amenities! It is close to the train station and public transportation and therefore ideal for visiting the city quickly. The apartment was also very clean and very nice! Sébastien left us a lot of care. We highly recommend it for families. Thanks to him!

Very good welcome from our host, for a last minute booking, his studio is spacious, comfortable and very clean, with a location to park the car. Jeannine allowed us to pick up the keys earlier as we had a family party in the area and quietly enjoy the rental the next morning with breakfast on site. It was convenient and nice. To be repeated if we have other family gatherings in the area!

I had a truly wonderful stay in this charming home in Lyon. The warmth and love of a family that has passed this home down through four generations made it feel incredibly special. The house is cozy, filled with history, and exudes a welcoming atmosphere. The hospitality was outstanding, making me feel like part of the family. Truly, more than ever, I felt the lack of knowledge of the French language, as it would have allowed us to talk more and connect even deeper, since they didn’t speak English. It was a memorable experience that I’ll cherish. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a unique and heartwarming stay!

What to say? Frédéric and Stéphane are GREAT HOSTS!!! We had an exceptional stay! The place, worthy of a 4-star rating! But also and above all our two hosts who bent over back and forth to help us in our house search. They are empathetic, which is rare and open to discussion. We had a real good time in their bed and breakfast but also in interacting with them. In short, don't hesitate, I recommend them 100%!!!!

During our trip from Spain back to the Netherlands, we spent an evening and night in this beautiful place! The place we stayed in has been transformed incredibly nicely from (cows)stable to b&b. Really a picture. Anne is incredibly welcoming and friendly. A delicious breakfast was prepared at a chosen time, after which we continued our trip again. A short but good visit.
