Lovely apartment! Clean and really nicely decorated with attention to detail. Great light and windows with views of the ocean and hills. Easy access to a couple of really nice restaurants.

Comfortable apartment for a couple. It is located in the heart of downtown with nearby shopping centers, train station and collective. It has everything you need for your stay for a short time. I appreciate the American coffee maker

The apartment is new, modern, spacious, and central (within walking distance to Plaza Aníbal Pinto). There's also a beautiful view of the ocean from balcony. The neighborhood itself is close enough to restaurants and bars, but far enough away to enjoy quiet nights. José is very kind, communicative, and quick to respond. He even checked in with us in the middle of our stay to ensure everything was going well. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Valparaiso and in José's loft. :)

Beautiful villa with an amazing view. Everything was very clean and tidy.

Erick's place is compact, Lots of water pressure and lots of hot water. Big closet space to unpack for a few days. kitchen is good to cook meals. A few steps from the Cultural centre ( old jail) the only green place to relax and read a book. not far from ascensor Reina Victoria. If would be nice if the city would clean up and fix the staircase to Erick's place but don't let that bother you.

Everything was perfect. The apartment is spacious and comfortable, just as described. Located in a safe, central location and has accessible transportation to all nearby beaches. The view is wonderful 🫶🏻

Once again our stay met all the expectations. A perfect spot to get away from the city while maintaining great connectivity within Valparaíso. We're keen on coming back soon!

The listing is located in an incredible residence, very beautiful and wooded. Parking space is a real plus in a city like Valparaiso. The apartment has a real bedroom with two single beds plus a bed located under one of the two beds and which pulls out. The double bed is not really isolated since it is located upstairs, on the mezzanine, like a large landing, it is not closed by a door. We had a lovely stay.

We would definitely come back again, it had everything we needed, the place is nice, very comfortable and the view is wonderful.

Everything was amazing! Tamara was super attentive and always available if we had any questions or concerns. The apartment is beautiful, just as seen in the photos, a really beautiful view of the ocean, and an excellent location. We will definitely be back on our next visit!

good location in Valparaiso

We loved Juan's apartment, we felt right at home. The apartment is spacious, modern and comfortable. It has everything you need to stay for several days. The kitchen is well equipped. The armchairs are comfortable. The bathroom is very spacious and comfortable. It has sheets, towels, extra bedspreads. The balcony is large, well equipped with armchairs and has a direct view of the dunes and you can see the sea as well. It's beautiful to see the sunset. Juan let us in earlier, he was very helpful and always responded quickly. The complex is very nice, it has 24-hour security, the people who work there are very friendly. And the area is privileged, it has access to the park, which is beautiful. We went with our dog and enjoyed it a lot. The dunes are also a few steps away. You can walk to the Jumbo supermarket, which is large and has everything. Also to restaurants, pharmacies, etc. The neighborhood is beautiful. It was a beautiful stay, we look forward to coming back soon😊. Thank you Juan!

Jorge offered us a spectacular accommodation, there is no other word to describe it. As always, I want to emphasize that it is pet friendly since not many places dare to be, when the reality is that people who travel with animals are very meticulous. The place was perfect, a thousand times better than in the pictures, bigger than in the pictures. I also want to talk about the environment, a million pieces of art, Valparaiso art, taking my little dog and kitten for a walk was quite an experience, friendly dogs, friendly people, the concierge is a seven out of ten. Everything was really perfect.
