Well located. easy parking Weak and improveable wifi connection. as well as sound proofing. You could perfectly hear the neighbors' TV and their conversations at night. The apartment is beautiful, although with many stairs to climb. The views from the living room are beautiful. Fantastic equipment. Wonderful bathroom. all large stays. Samuel was attentive and very helpful at all times. It was a pleasure to stay in his house.

We were welcomed & treated just like family here. As soon as Silvia found out we were not driving not only did she offer to come pick us up with our luggage, but always offered to at least drop us off up the hill from her house so we didn't have to walk it. Whenever we needed anything, she always responded & provided in minutes! Silvia & her husband are extremely kind, caring, & fun people! A little bit easier to get around with a car in this area, but the walk honestly isn't that bad to the bus stop, which is only 20 mins from the Pistoia train station. The views here are also absolutely stunning, & we very much enjoyed playing with the dogs on the property! Just remember that this is a country stay, so the wifi isn't extremely strong (not a bother to us at all, we were looking for a break from the big city feel). Absolutely loved it here, & loved staying with Silvia! We would definitely come back!

Our stay at this home in the heart of Tuscany was simply wonderful. The house is situated in the middle of a forest, which gave us every morning the sound of the birds upon awakening, creating an atmosphere of peace and total connection with nature. The terrace was very spacious and comfortable, perfect to enjoy outdoor breakfasts surrounded by tranquility. The house was impeccably clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. In addition, the host, Lorenzo, has been exceptional: always attentive to any need that could arise and, as a detail that we value very much, he even bought us coffee on the last day. Definitely an experience to repeat. Highly recommended!

We had a great time, and definitely recommend this appartment. Veronica and her family were extremely nice and helpful. They greeted us with a bottle of wonderful local wine. They have a lovely dog! This was definitely the best place we stayed in the last few years. The house is on top of a hill, with amazing views of the peaceful surrounding Tuscan countryside. The appartment is clean and well-equipped, very quiet. We would love to be back one day.
