Howard was very helpful throughout the stay, and Cindy, the house manager, was always kind and available whenever needed. Loved our stay at Mandy’s Waterview Villa, it is a beautiful villa with stunning views over the Dam! She was really helpful with recommending transport options and helping us with general queries, always responsive and trying to help us. Brilliant Host!

Words can never explain the level of decency and cleanliness the venue had when we got there. One MUST book to have the same demure experience. Clear and precise communication was the order of the day from the host. We were a group of 12 friends and everyone was really impressed as the venue matched the photos advertised. But I still say, to experience it live, is on another higher level! Thank you Audrey and Noma.

The only downside to our trip was not being able to extend our stay - a very beautiful home with lots of personality in a safe neighbourhood. We especially enjoyed the garden and it served as a great backdrop for photos. The rooms were large and each had its own special touch. Mini was very kind and Ezna, our caretaker was readily available to help with the tiny snags we had here and there, not to mention the housekeeping tasks she's available to assist with - please feel free to tip her.

Simon's house provided an exceptional stay. The spacious interior and comfortable beds made for a restful sleep, while the seamless indoor-outdoor living experience, the ingenious manifold doors, allowed for delightful moments watching golfers pass by in the garden with a glass of wine in hand. The estate's easy accessibility and sense of security made exploring the scenic walks around the area a joy, especially the dam where boats gently went by. Inside the house, every amenity was available to whip up meals, and the lounge area with its oversized sofas and large Smart TV was perfect for unwinding. Throughout our stay, Simon proved to be an attentive host, responding promptly to any inquiries and ensuring our comfort and satisfaction. His flexibility and attention to detail were perfect, making our experience memorable. In summary, Simon's house is a gem of a getaway, offering not just a comfortable stay but also a warm hospitality that exceed expectations.

Dieter’s apartment was exactly what we wanted - so we to could visit an elderly relative very nearby when over from the UK. It was spacious, clean, very secure and well-equipped. The welcome from both Dieter and his wife Brigitte was extremely warm and friendly and we look forward to another visit to base ourselves there in the not too distant future. This was our second stay at Jacquie's place. The townhouse's location is ideal if you like privacy and peace. Inside everything is neat, and everything you need is there, including coffee maker and air fryer. The air-conditioner is sufficient to cool the whole unit and an evaporative cooler is available when needed. Everything was in place and easy to find. There were clear instructions to use everything, including the generator. I would definitely recommend it, even for longer stays. Thanks again Jacquie for making everything so easy and comfortable.

Really loved the place, beautifully decorated, spacious and clean. WiFi was good, he communicated well with us before and during the stay. TV set up for various apps to watch movies etc. lots of heaters available as it was cold at night, spare towels als oavailable. The only issues we had were that we lost power twice, once was an issue which was fixed within the hour and the second started as a local power shut off, but turned into an issue at the house and caused us to be cooking in the dark as was an all day problem. Antonio has said he is looking into solar power to prevent this in the future. Haven’t used this to knock down the 5 star rating as it’s part of South African life, and Antonio did respond very quickly both times. Only other minor thing is the cooking pots and pans could so with updating, they were hard to cook with as have lost their nice original coating. Thank you, we would stay again if in the area. Perfect for our family of 7.

Victor was an amazing host. I was there for a week and nothing was too much trouble for him. He bought some extra things that I needed - a fan, a toaster. Having Victor on the same property was also very reassuring as I am recovering from surgery and felt a little vulnerable. I would strongly recommend this stay as everything worked well and I felt incredibly welcome. Definitely would go back under similar circumstances! Thanks Victor

This was my first time ever booking an Airbnb, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Eva was an absolute sweetheart—so kind, responsive, and incredibly helpful. She even went out of her way to buy a few groceries for us, which was such a thoughtful gesture. The house itself was stunning—spotlessly clean and located in a beautiful area. Everything about our stay was perfect, and having Eva as a host made it even more special. She truly has a heart of gold! I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a warm and welcoming stay. 💛✨
