8 Min walk from Blue Hills mall, 10min drive to midrand central, kylami center, mall of africa, 20min drive to fourways, montecasino, sandton. Located in Blue lakes Estate. The unit is situated close to the security entrance so no long walks to get to the uber or to the exit. Unit lacks little and offers a eastern facing large sized balcony and western facing kitche, shower with a bath in the ensuite and a shower with a toilet in the main. Good sized 2nd room and even better sized main room. Furnished with updated furniture and has good speed internet, located on the 2nd floor with no elevator but stairs are huge sized. the flat flushes easy and has zero hints of stale smell, the tiles are shiny like the pics.Extremely, supremely reliable host, specially that she wasnt physically in joburg at the time. tv has all standard apps preloaded. Most bolts and ubers know the area due to Blue hills mall. Very quiet and safe estate and area in general 8/10. Will be returning 100%

5 Stars – A Wonderful Experience! I had an absolutely fantastic stay at Patient Victor’s place! From the moment I arrived, everything was clean, well-prepared, and exactly as described. Had a great stay and the house is exactly as described and pictured. Lots of great spots to visit within a short drive and the location on the lake was perfect.

As a family of three, we absolutely loved staying here. It was so spacious and has everything you need, so we were very comfortable and enjoyed our 10 day stay. Mokaba is a great host, and was immediately responsive to all our requests. The area is quiet and safe, and there are nearby shops and parks in walking distance. Would absolutely stay again!
