Very good place to stay. We only stayed one night since we went to a concert, but next time it will be for longer and I would not hesitate to stay at this place again. It has a lot of privacy, a very cozy patio with a good size pool and the private one is very quiet

This is the third time we've stayed here and we feel right at home, it's comfortable, the area is very quiet and safe, the location is excellent, we get anywhere very quickly. I definitely recommend it and will be staying again in the future.

The place was just like the listing, although basically the house was literally to rest since we stayed because we were coming to a medical appointment, if we had come from vacation we probably would not have wanted to go out, the place was super, fully equipped so that you feel at home, impeccable place and the host was always very attentive.

The room is spacious, equipped with the basics but sufficient. The place is super quiet and peaceful, communication was very good!

Everything was excellent, a very nice place with plenty of space, ideal to go with family and children, very complete, the pool was large, clean and beautiful, the only issue we had was with the air conditioning in one of the rooms, it could not be fixed during our stay

Sara took the initiative to contact me as soon as she confirmed our reservation, she allowed us to access the house a few hours before check-in and was always attentive to any questions, the house is more beautiful than what you see in the photos, everything is very clean and the area is excellent for walking and getting to know the surroundings.

Perfect location! The neighborhood was nice and peaceful. The park across the street was perfect for a morning stroll and the food market there was incredible. The location was walking distance the city center. Would definitely stay here again. Would also recommend the laundry service that is next door!

The air conditioning in the room was not working well, but they responded immediately the next day and I had a pleasant stay. With the escort of a very good host, sightseeing in Merida was a good memory. I'd love to stay at this host's property again if I get the chance.Thank you very much.

Yes, it is important to have a hair dryer, it is my only observation, other than that everything is excellent!

Sonia is a wonderful host! She went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible! She was always responsive whenever we needed anything and made sure to take care of all of our needs. Sonia’s place is carefully thought out and feels like a home away from home. It has everything that you may need! The place is also located in one of the best neighbourhoods in the north part of Merida. You can expect a quiet and pleasant area that is also close to everything you may need!

It was a week-long stay, everything was very comfortable and accessible, it has everything you need, very good service from Carelly always attentive to all messages and calls. The use of the washing machine is greatly appreciated.

Great place! Everything was perfect. The area is a nice part of town and right off of the highway. The space is perfect for two people. And was great being on the first floor, especially with a dog. Would definitely recommend to anyone

If you are looking for tranquility and comfort this place has it, it is a small place with all the necessary amenities to have the best in Merida, despite the heat it turned out to be a very cool space with very good lighting, we would definitely return
