The location is great, a walking distance to many attractions in Madrid! The house is safe and kid friendly :-) We would recommend your home to everyone!

Johanne was a great host. Responsive and friendly. The apartment was comfortable. It is a bit distant from the city center but transit is very close. Shopping is near by, and there are a few restaurants within walking distance. I would recommend to others.

Everything was perfect from the moment I checked in. Alejandro was incredibly helpful, he answered all of my questions and made sure I was connected to the WiFi right away. There was some noise from a neighboring apartment undergoing renovations, but as soon as I informed Gabriel and Lily, they responded immediately. They offered to move me to a different apartment or refund 50% of my stay if I chose to remain. Their promptness and care made me feel truly valued and comfortable throughout my visit. I was also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful details—there was coffee, sugar, salt, paper towels, and napkins already provided. It’s those small touches that really make a difference. Thank you Gabriel, Lily and Alejandro. I will definitely stay in one of your properties my next time in Madrid.

Wonderful duplex, very well decorated and comfortable, perfect for a pleasant stay. Small downside: the heater was not working properly upstairs, especially in the double bedroom, and it took a long time for the water in the shower to heat up. Providing a vacuum cleaner would also be a plus. Despite these little details, we had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment.

The home is located in a very central place. There were a lot of amenities such as nice restaurants, markets, parks on the street that were very close. The house was quite spacious. Our host responded quickly and positively to every question.

We had a wonderful stay in Gustavo’s home. It was incredibly clean, quiet, and well located. The home is truly unique and fun. Gustavo and his wife, Thanh, were perfect hosts. We would love to return to this wonderful home.

Miguel’s place is close to La Latina area which we walked to twice. Close to bars, coffee shops, shopping. Short uber to Plaza Mayor or Isabell II as well. River close by with walking trails. Lots of activities in the neighborhood till about 23:00. Lots of space with several bedrooms and could not have ask for a more helpful host. Bill G Overland Park, Kansas

Francisco and Kenya were excellent hosts and the house was lovely. Exactly like the pictures. We got a lovely welcome and they provided juice and croissants for breakfast which I thought was a nice touch. The accommodation is a bit far from the city on public transport however we used ubers all weekend and it only took 20 minutes to get in and it wasn't that expensive for the ubers. There is also nice restaurants beside the accommodation if you didn't want to go into the city. I would highly recommend this accommodation for anyone staying in Madrid.

The place is fantastic and beautifully decorated. Exactly as described. It was lovely with the small outside common area after long days of sightseeing. The location was great with so many things within walking distance, lovely boutiques, and lots and lots of cafes and restaurants. Also, really great for the metro, main train station and the airport. We were 3 people staying there and there was plenty of space and it was really comfortable. Would warmly recommend it and one of the best airbnbs I have stayed at.

We enjoyed John’s Airbnb - it was comfortable and roomy. It is situated in an area close too many shops, restaurants and local sites. Any questions we had were answered promptly.

Great apartment right opposite Mercado San Miguel and Plaza Mayor. Could do with salt and paper and oil etc but everything else was there. Great spot to explore Madrid from

Perfect location to see all the historic venue plus close to all the activity- slightly off the main traffic that made the place quiet and peaceful. Comfortable beds!

The stay at Nuria’s apartment was great! A great neighbourhood, very close to everything you need when going to Madrid - and if you want to stay in the center of the city and want a quiet night to sleep - this is the place! Communication with Ana was always assertive, the apartment is nice and has everything you might need, very conveniently located, you can do everything on foot. It was a pleasant experience to arrive with Ana and Miguel, I would come back.

This condo is located in a beautiful historical district! Lots of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. The host met us at the condo for check in and was very helpful. The unit is exactly as described by the owner!

Martin was absolutely fantastic! He did an early check in for us and went out of his way to make us feel right at home. He had shared a contact with us who gave us excellent suggestions and proactively did things to make us comfortable, especially with us having the baby. 10/10 and 100% recommended!
