Juan Pablo's apartment is really well located, you can really do everything but really everything on foot . clean apartment, matches photos and the host is available by phone in an issue. It felt right at home. I would like to recommend it again in a second.

Laura was really helpful. I came here as an Erasmus student looking for a place to rent and had to stay at an Airbnb for some days. Laura really helped me out and made me feel safe and not alone. She’s truly the best. Kind and friendly as well as caring she’s the best host you could ask for.

Very pleasant stay in the apartment. It has the services it advertises and is very comfortable. Very easy communication with Juan at check-in and check-out time. Quiet area, with shops and supermarkets nearby.

We are senior nomads so stay in lots of accommodations. This is exactly what you want--clean, safe, quiet, well stocked, comfortable bed, walkable and very near public transportation. I would love to duplicate this apartment every where we go!

Very convenient to the plaza. We were able to walk anywhere we wanted to within minutes and parking was very convenient as well.

We are 4 people who met at Gabriela's home. I, (Filipino+Sudanese), My partner Robert (Hungarian), Our Friend Giselle(Taiwanese) and our other friend Raphael(German). We all felt we needed a safe and empathetic place to plan for our futures (We successfully planned our short term goals at this home, and the whole place of Nina specially the garden was the perfect spot for these meetings, (the meeting also included our friend Hashim(Filipino+Yemeni) joining through video call.) Gabriela, I’ll say this again. I am very thankful for your detailed effort in letting us feel at home(the furniture, the mother touch decoration, the detailed appliances and utensils in the kitchen, the food!, the welcome drinks…etc). You are a godmother who provided the essentials for us to plan to make this world a better place. Thank you Gabriela, I will always remember you. Till we meet in again:) Hana

Small apartment, but with everything you need. Rossy very nice and attentive, but if we don't get to talk to her my friend and I, I don't know when she would have talked to us to meet for the delivery of the keys. Otherwise, everything is very clean and very good.

The apartment is incredibly comfortable and equipped. Pet friendly. 10 minutes from the airport and 30 minutes from downtown by bus. I emphasize the comfort of the beds and the armchair, which in our case we were 3 ( and my cat) we also use it for sleeping. I also highlight the central heating, we were warm at all times (we arrived right in the spring transition and it was cool outside). It even has a floating floor. Regarding the bathroom is small but well laid out. It even has bidet and a shower is wonderful!!! the most, it comes out with very good water and hot temperature all the time. The fully-equipped kitchen, we had an oven, washing machine, dishwasher. A luxury. The hosts Denisse and Fernando are always attentive to all our requirements. They were in the check-in time and we were provided with more linens and another set of keys. We highly recommend this home. Super comfort guaranteed

Me and my friend had an amazing experience at Gema’s place. We stayed for 10 days and right from the start Gema was helpful and communicated nicely. Miguel received us and showed us the place and explained the details. I recall we wanted to check if there was a ground coffee making machine and Gema straight away ordered a new one which was extremely nice of her as a host. The place was quite clean with all the things appropriately working. The location was good for us and there is a separate parking for the apartment as well. I would definitely come back to gema’s place. She as a host and her apartment is top rated in my opinion.

We enjoyed our stay, Juan was accomodating to our needs and responded quickly to fix something.

Accommodation near a metro station and 20 minutes from the center of Madrid. Accommodation located in a quiet area and with a small shopping center and restaurants nearby. Also an ideal park for families and children. Spacious and pleasant accommodation with the patio. Only problem is no free parking if you are driving. I highly recommend this listing and Juan who is a very responsive host and with valuable advice.

Hearty apartment furnished with love and conveniently furnished. There was a coffee machine with capsules, shampoo, shower detergent in the bathroom and also plenty of terry towels - great. Lively neighborhood, which we greatly appreciated. Even in the evening, there are still many people on the road, so you still feel comfortable at a late hour. Although it was a lively neighborhood, it was quite quiet in the apartment itself, so you could also sleep longer. The apartment is close to a metro station, which goes directly into the city. You will certainly not starve or thirsty in this neighborhood. Communication with Carmen was great. We felt very comfortable in the apartment.

Loved this apartment - perfect for 2 people. Has everything you need within a 5 min walk. Great pool and gym and 24 hour security with is nice. Oscar is super nice, easy to communicate with. We will be back to stay here!

Santiago is an amazing host—kind, attentive, and always available when needed. He truly goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. The space is small, but cozy and inviting, with a warm, homely feel. All the pretty plants made it feel like a genuine home rather than one of those impersonal apartments with plastic decor. It’s also very clean and well-maintained. Oh and the bed is super comfy! If I could give him 6 stars, I would! Highly recommended 100%!

Liron was such a good host - provided great recommendations, super easy to communicate with and very flexible accommodating our check-in! The place is in a great neighborhood, easily walkable to a ton of stuff, definitely recommend!

An apartment in a very good location and very well-equipped. Tiago was very accommodating for our check in and check out time. Always responsive to answer my questions. The only negative might be the noise from neighbors ( but it may be the normality in Madrid to turn on the TV loudly ). Anyway, an apartment to remember if I ever stay in Madrid again.
