Fabulous location and view! The location is so much in the heart of Paris that we could walk to many of the attractions that we wanted to see or just walk to soak up the atmosphere.

Impeccable accommodation, everything is there to feel at home! Two bedrooms and two bathrooms offer good privacy. The apartment is perfectly located. Jean-Marc was very responsive. We will come back without hesitation!

Amazing location. One train from CDG which makes getting there super easy. Apt is tidy and just as described. Lovely big shower! We were 2 adults and used the pull out sofa. It's tight with the sofa out at night but doable. 3-4 adults, I would say you would need to be very tidy with your stuff. The pull out sofa was comfortable which was a nice surprise. Host was very responsive when you needed his help.

We were looking for an apartment on Ile-St-Louie and this unit fit the bill for Parisian living. It's perfect for 2 adults and very good for a family with 2 small children, as the second bedroom and bathroom are on the small side, but still functional. If you need the amenities of hotel living, this may not be the place for you, but if you want to know what it would be like to live in the center of Paris, give this apartment a try. We spent 6 nights here and it had virtually everything we needed. The availability of the washer and dryer was appreciated, and one of the reasons we chose this unit, and the elevator was also a big plus. Ile-St-Louie is a busy place so there will be some noise at night, but it didn't bother us. The apartment is with a 5 minute walk of 2 metro stops, so getting around is easy, but walking is much more enjoyable! There are also numerous grocery stores within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay at Isolda’s place. Everything was as described, great view and great location. Close to restaurants, stores, metro station and parks and Isolda was very helpful and responsive. We loved the evening views of the Eiffel Tower! We would stay here again on any future trip to Paris. Thank you, Isolda!

It’s hard to describe feeling at home during a vacation in a foreign country, but that’s exactly what it was like staying at Chez Pierre. Each day my wife and I would say “Are you ready to go home?” And we certainly didn’t mean Philadelphia! The view is breathtaking from the first to 50th time you take it in. Opening the windows to welcome the sunrise and watch Paris wake up each morning was incredible, and the bells of Notre Dame didn’t hurt! Sure, you have to walk up 5 flights of stairs every time you return, but it is fully worth it. Pierre was so helpful throughout the process. He gave us so many recommendations that we didn’t have time to try them all, and the ones we didn’t were spectacular. We would love to return to stay here again!

The apartment is very stylishly decorated and spacious. The area is great: many restaurants, the Saint Martin canal, a market, close to the metro... Communication with Phil went smoothly, clear instructions. We have enjoyed it!

We had a wonderful time at Veronique’s apartment. The host is very kind and accommodating. The location is perfect- quiet and private, but a short walk from many restaurants, activities, and some tourist attractions. The space itself is cozy, matches the photos perfectly, and brings classical french design to life. Upon arrival we had an issue with the heat malfunctioning, but the hosts were caring about the situation and very quick to remedy it. The kitchen is very well stocked with small appliances and cookware, making it a great place to stay for a night in enjoying the view. We would absolutely stay here again!

A very beautiful perfectly furnished and decorated house. It is located in an exceptional setting: tip of an island in the middle of the river and enjoys sunshine all day. We had a wonderful time with the family Isabelle was very accommodating for our departure time. Don't miss the tour of the mill still in operation.

We loved our stay at Gerard’s place. It was very peaceful and quiet. Gerard was a total superstar when we got lost and had a puncture at the same time. He came to rescue us in the village and then insisted on taking me to get the tyre repaired the next day on a French public holiday. He then helped to provide tools to change the wheel on the car. This was so helpful and way above expectations. I am sorry we took so much of Gerard’s time but he was so nice to us and we were able to have a great time at the old stable despite our car problems. I would recommend using the directions Gerard provides on the messages rather than the default directions on the Airbnb app (which was our mistake). We had a wonderful meal at the Auberge du Cerf restaurant about 5-10 minutes drive away.

We had a great weekend at Walter's house: warm, very well equipped and atypical. Each room is tastefully decorated and it feels very much like home: a cocoon and a real favorite. The veranda is bathed in light: ideal for breakfasts and lunches in the sun. The cozy living room with a stove ideal for evenings by the fire. And you can find everything nearby and on foot. Walter and his partner are lovely. We'll come back for sure!

We had a great time with the family. Our on-site interaction with our host was excellent. Possibly we'll be back.

Rustic and comfortable cottage, very nice environment just steps from the castle of Chenonceau. Great welcome, Nicolas is very friendly and flexible on check-in and check-out times. The place is as advertised in the photos, everything is there for a great stay. Thanks for the logs, a small fireplace is very nice with the cold of this February weekend.

We had a very nice stay in Sandra's apartment. She had picked us up on the road despite a short rain shower;-) The apartment was great for us. The city is very nice and very good to explore by bike. The bike path to the mills is highly recommended.

This studio is a wonder for us: - on the 6th floor, with elevator - elegant building - view of the Canal Saint-Martin, and its lock with the Seine - view of the Eiffel Tower - west-facing, so very beautiful sunsets, and the sun shines into the room in the evening - lots of sky and space - ideal location for us, because we did everything on foot: Gare de Lyon less than 10 minutes away (we came from Aix-en-Provence), the Bastille 15 minutes away, as well as the Jardin des Plantes, and the Great Mosque of Paris (restaurant, tearoom, hammam), Coulée Verte 10 minutes away, ... - very comfortable bedding, large shower. Catherine, our host, is both discreet and available if needed (she lives nearby). We'll be back of course. Jacques and Mona

Very friendly owners. The apartment and the location were super! :)

Great location and view of Eiffel Tower. Other people said was loud because of all the traffic on the street. That is only if you have the windows open. With the windows closed it was quiet didn’t disturb my sleep. Would definitely stay again. Can’t beat the view of Eiffel Tower.

This is our third weeklong-plus stay at Evangeline’s Paris Island Flat, and this experience was as satisfying as our previous stays. Evangeline’s communications are excellent, especially the check-in directions. This location is the best in Paris! (Our Parisian friends say there is no better location.)
