Vacation rentals with a patio in Centre, Rennes

We are pleased with our stay during the Christmas holidays at the Chapelle des Fougeretz. The accommodation is as advertised, close to merchants, free outdoor parking, in a quiet environment. The proximity to Rennes is a plus. JC offers a welcoming, clean, well-equipped, functional accommodation for 4 people. Thank you for the Christmas decor, the welcome card and the sweets. We would recommend it.

Franck's place is pleasant, bright, located in a building and quiet neighborhood (one-way street and residential). Close to a bakery and butcher shop 5 min walk, a large shopping center 5 min drive away (shops). Canal Saint Martin is a 3 min walk away for walks.

Very well located accommodation, on the quays of Rennes, with plenty of space. Please note, as stated in the listing, it is on the 4th floor without elevator access. Communication when needed is easy. Mention for the bed whose mattress is very comfortable!

Anne's stay was great, we enjoyed the safe harbor she offers us. The surroundings are quiet, the small garden and balcony make you feel in an open space. The apartment is super bright and well provided for cooking. Being by bike, a lot of things are accessible with a few pedals, with the docks for a stroll and a nearby guinguette. It was a pleasure and little bonus for the board games available 😉 Thanks again to Anne for entrusting us with her home for our stay.

Very well located accommodation, not far from the train station or the hyper center of the city. Quiet in the courtyard, it was perfect for this weekend despite the rain 🙂

We were hosted very well by Jean Marc , the stay was perfect in this pretty quiet house set back from the city.

The house was beautiful and exactly as pictured! The open plan living area and pool and garden were perfect for us as a young family! The pool really was the highlight with lots of inflatables available to use. The location was fantastic with a short walk into the gorgeous Melesse - would highly recommend the Aux Saveurs du Moulin bakery. Rennes is also only 20mins drive and a stunning city to explore. Check in was nice and easy and the afternoon checkout was especially good to make the most of our last morning. Would love to go back and would highly recommend to others.

We had a pleasant stay at this beautiful accommodation, we enjoyed the pool thanks to the nice weather it was very pleasant! The accommodation is in a very quiet area, it's peaceful and it feels like home. I highly recommend it!

A great stay! The accommodation is very well equipped, clean and comfortable. The hosts are welcoming and caring. The setting is beautiful, with a soothing garden and superb relaxation areas: swimming pool, sauna, etc. Several bathrooms and showers are available, which is very convenient. I would highly recommend it!

We had a pleasant stay, clean and nice house. Bed linens provided and possibility to have towels. Accessible pool ( provide children's armbands who can't swim because deep pool 1m55 ). Pleasant welcome, food truck present several times a week (fried crepes...). The only downside no airlock between the front door of the pool and the changing rooms and as the door was broken it had to remain open so the children were cold but it's really the only downside. Thank you for this stay , we will be back

Great welcome and availability by Barbara , The place is peaceful , spacious ,and well located for enjoying the banks of Rance , Dinan , St Malo, Cancale .... A very pleasant weekend!

A very good location to have access to Mont Saint-Michel, Saint-Malo or Cancale: everything is nearby and the coast is not far. Good for a few days, as we were on the road and it's a little noisy. We enjoyed the terrace, pool and sauna. The whole people who take care of the place were lovely! Small amenities would be a plus (hairdryer, iron...). A quick snack service or a distributor would be super nice too, the local restaurant was closed on the day of our arrival and, after the road, we don't necessarily want to pick up the car for shopping. Great value for money! Thank you we'll most certainly be back. 😊
