Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Central Vietnam

My second time staying at Sekyan's place was just as nice as the first. Great apartment, nice area, friendly and proactive host and great value for money.

Place was as described, great location to explore from. Stunning rooftop pool - watching sunset from there is a must

The apartment is very nice, good layout, good location, great views, safe, clean, comfortable. The rooms are adequate for their tasks. Beds were firm but comfortable. The building has a pool and gym which my companions utilized extensively and there is a very nice cafe in the ground floor that serves tasty drinks and food. Plenty of grocery / dining options in the area, but a short Tuk Tuk will avail you of whatever else you desire. The apartment has enough utensils and dishes that we could cook up some meals as we stayed for 1 month. Overall, I really liked the apartment. The Host is also very friendly, helpful, and always responsive. Anything we needed, it was provided soon after the request. Communication was very smooth and courteous. If I were to return to Phnom Penh, I would book it again.

Hong is a good host who responds quickly. We enjoyed our morning coffee overlooking the sea. A little noisy at night and in the morning the day starts at 7 o'clock. However, we slept with the window open and slept well. Small repairs would be necessary, faucet, sieve and dishwashing detergent were not nice. We bought some but doesn't cost much. The light of the HOOD didn't work. The walls would need a coat of paint. But it's all tidy and clean, the bed normal. After 6 days, you will be cleaned and everything changed. Great fridge. The beach is great and the loungers with umbrella towel cost 6 euros per day, we always used it. Always pay for the next day then you also have your loungers. Very nice beach boy. Hotel clean and pleasant. Food galore in the whole area. So you can't expect more for this great price. Hong, We will definitely come back to you, thank you Hong

Great apartment with a very convenient location — just a couple of minutes from the beach, yet far enough from the first line to be quiet and peaceful. There are plenty of excellent cafes with Asian and European cuisine within walking distance — you can try something new every evening. A nice bonus was a quality massage salon just a minute away from the building. The staff were very responsive and always ready to help with any questions. A wonderful place to stay — we’ll definitely be back!

A wonderful stay in a lux hotel with a very nice clean apartment (huge beds) for an excellent price. We had a free BBQ meal and tour around the showrooms as well. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

The apartment itself was very clean and had a lot of space. Very easy to live in. The location itself is far out of the tourist area and also had a strong scent of fish. If you have a sensitive nose the smell of the area is definitely something to take into consideration. I also would add that there is no gym, even though the listing makes it out that there is. Overall a nice stay.

A comfortable and spacious apartment with a minimalist design. Beds were very comfortable and the location was a short grab away to the main area. The owner communicated very well and gave clear check in instructions and local recommendations for food and activities. I would recommend this place

Nika has a great place hand she is super helpful and very quick to respond. The building is a newer high rise condo and it is very nicely decorated. The unit is clean with full amenities for a long term stay. The only negatives to speak of is the internet and the location isn't great. The internet is slow and drops completely on a regular basis. I often had to to use my phone as a hotspot. When it works, it is sufficient enough to read emails and browse the internet but if you have to take a zoom call s or upload something it barely works . The area the unit is in is very clean, organized and walkable with lots of restaurants nearby. The down side to it is it's quite far from the city centre and the area feels like a ghost town all hours of the day. A tuk tuk will take you 20-30 minutes depending on traffic to get to the city centre and they are very cheap, so this isn't a deal breaker.

The little studio was great and Orkide complex with it's massive pool and pleasant surrounds was a great refuge after the hustle and bustle of the inner city. Sunly was an outstanding host. One minor improvement would be the addition a dish rack in the kitchen. Would definitely return.

Great spot for your next trip to Phnom Penh. Close to Chip Mong mall, easy tuktuk to attractions and the downtown core. Felt safe, convenient shop on the ground floor for water. Thank you Thavy!

The shower temperature was a bit difficult to adjust, likely due to the slightly low water pressure, but aside from that, it was an absolutely wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to my friends!

There was plenty of room in this unit for our a family of four. It is located outside of the hustle and bustle of the Hoi An Old Quarter and An Bang Beach, but both are easily accessed via Grab. The closest grocery store we found, Moonmilk, was a few km away. The photos of the interior of the accommodation are accurate, but I would describe it as being located in an "up and coming" development. The landscaping directly across from the unit is very pretty and well maintained, but the rest of the development lacks a bit of luster. There is some traffic noise with two of the bedrooms located next to a heavily traveled four lane road. At the time of our stay, the air conditioner in the main living space was not working, but we were told it is awaiting a parts shipment. Fans were provided in place of the air conditioner, which were appreciated.

Suchawadee was incredibly generous and always eager to assist, even before my arrival. She was easily reachable, and her quick responses to texts and calls were remarkable. The place was truly wonderful and aligned perfectly with the description. I wholeheartedly recommend this location to anyone visiting Ubon.

We met Hang on the very first day as we arrived at her property. She was very polite and showed us the whole property and gave us helpful advice too. The place was immaculate and looked like photos. We were a group of 7 people. We had no issues living at Hang’s property. We absolutely loved it and will definitely be back if we are in Da Nang again. 100% recommended. She also owns a small cafe next door which only serves drink. Don’t miss it if you are in the area. Everything was at walkable distance. Walk for 5 minutes and you will be in the market. There were lots of restaurants, massage places and shops around the property. Da Nang Night Market is 8 to 10 mins away by car. 100% recommended

You will enjoy a peaceful and secluded getaway. Great for 2 families. I think it would be great if you could provide clearer instructions on how to get in and out before check-in. If you let us know in advance what villa it is, check-in will be easier.

A very beautiful house located a bit away from the center. But it is still a calming and safe area. The house is well designed and equipped. Most of the rooms have its own bathroom. The master bedroom is so big and beautiful. There's a massage chair right under the stair. Everything was fine. However, on the last day of our stay, the electric was overloaded and it turned off whenever we want to use the chair. A hair dryer in a bathroom got burned with smoke and fire when my sister was using it because it was a cheap one. I think they should try to give the guests better hair dryers. And when we checked out, a staff girl complained about we have emptied the used/emptied bottles and cans which she has saved in a corner of the front yard. My sisters thought it was trash and emptied them... It was unprofessional and a weird way for us to end our stay. However, I still give them max star and recommend this place.

We had a week-long stay at Furama Villas with a group of 8 adults. The villa featured spacious communal areas on the first floor, and the bedrooms were on the second and third floors. The private pool was excellent, and I was impressed to see it cleaned mid-week. The expansive community pool was also a highlight for us. Our rooms were well-serviced, and the availability of buggies to transport us to and from the reception area was convenient. Overall, I highly recommend Furama Villas for a luxurious stay close to the beach in Da Nang.
